I earlier this month ordered KFC theough food panda nd received kentucky burger without sauce and that special bun. So i went to KFC and told the counter boy about it and not to do. To my horror they tried hood winking me and put in qnother type of burger. It was really disappointing. KFC management nees to look into it.

A great joint for youngsters who throng the cafe. The place offers light snacks and it is more popular for its different varieties of tea. Has live music on weekends. A good place to hangout in the evening.

They can hardly accommodate people with that size. Such high prices but they cant get a bigger place and bigger staff that can handle the amount of traffic they are getting. Please shut this down so nobodys time is wasted on this.

KFC is one the best fast food restaurants. And I was so addicted to their zingers. Totally loved their menu and m always looking for their budget deals.

Whenever I order KFC I am pretty disappointed because its not fresh. The chicken tastes like old and lettuce is always old in burger or sometimes they dont give. I like their fries with tobasco seasoning and hot wings. They are amazing. I always donate to them.

It is universal name, but I think if they aviod cheep deals for pakistani market then they are real in busniness, dont low yoir standered to catch customers plzzzzz

Standard of KFC F6 Islamabad is much more improved than rest of the KFCs in Islamabad n Pindi. However, McDonalds quality standards are far better, from any of its branches you take, it would be a consistent quality

Worst KFC in the whole Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and not at all advisable to visit.The burgers are stale, chicken smells like its being rotten for weeks and size of burger patty is small. Chicken wings and pieces in bucket are poorly fried.Staff is rude and it takes hours to pay by card because of their faulty POS machine.Sitting area is closed at all times.Small entrance and a really small counter with only one staff member.

The quality of food was not standard.The chicken zinger fillet was cold while served.The time management is appropriate.

If you love junk food than staying away from KFC for a longer period is not possible :-P. I love their hot wings, hot shots, spicy chicken strips (which unfortunately are getting smaller day by day) and of course fried chicken. Didnt like their saucy wings which comes in Thai Sweet Chilli and Buffalo flavours. Service time is mostly good but Ive experienced a worst as well. Staff is professional and friendly.

It is one of the worst branch of KFC in Islamabad. No drive through, sitting area is on the First Floor,Wash room is also not up to the standard. KFC should take measures to improve every thing for their customers.

Well well, the zinger burger was amazing. Loved the juicy zinger, has to be the best out there. However, there are a couple of things that could have been better. The buns were dry and the fries were not salty.Overall it was a good experience, a little crowded but its fine by me. It was a good sized burger and filled me enough in fact I had to leave a couple if bites.

Literally one of the worst experiences Ive had with kfc. I ordered 3 times to give them a change. Every time the order was delivered in more than 1.5 hours. The burgers were soggy and days old. Would not recommend to anyone. Please chose other kfcs in Islamabad. F10 KFC is a big NO.

Dont waste your money here. There are better local options available that charge way less, and taste way better. FEAST in G11 Markaz and CHEEZIOUS in F11 Markaz are prime examples of the options I just talked about. Im sure there are others as well

Absolute waste of money. I never order food online, this was my first time and it left me disgusted; smelly chicken with awful taste and cold patties. Ive learned a lesson: eat local desi food with good taste putting less burden on your pocket.

KFC as you all know is a fast food restaurant. So your pretty familiar with how the food tastes like when it says Finger lickin good. In my opinion the burgers are best, most favorably the Krunch burger as its cheap and good. but the chicken now a days isnt at its best. Overall, great franchise. Make sure to visit it sometime.

Ordered two chicken and chips boxes and in both of the meals the fries were missing. Complained that at KFC head office after two weeks of useless calls and promises from the branch. The issue was still pending and branch failed to deliver the correct order. Also the Chicken was not well cooked, in the chicken pieces the blood can be easily seen sticked to the bones.

Most of the people living in Islamabad know this that the KFC always houses a great environment inside the restaurants.But I feel that the quality of food has deteriorated in the last couple of years. They have tried to decrease the prices but in turn have decreased their standards. I have visibility seen the lackluster performance of the employees in just pushing whatever they have to a customer.The burgers dont even seem to be made properly. The order preparation staff sometimes it works and sometimes it falls apart completely.But I would not rated out completely its a good place to sit with your kids and have a bit of a fast food

I regularly order from Kfc and its mostly a couple of times in a week, so far there has been little honests mistakes that i can live with and dont think need any action but today ordered a sharing bucket and when it arrived i checked the contents normally there is a decent assortment chicken pieces in the bucket but todays bucket was pathetic called up the helpline and the guy there could only say please wait lemme verify details and the next set of words that he could utter was would you like to complain about the contents and thats it i was a regular kfc goer but wont place another order to This particular branch again Pathetic service 1299394 was my order no.

It took long to serve the order. Behavior of the staff is also not professional.

The meal is much better than expected but I would say that the quality and standard must be improve with reasonable prices. I dont like the price tag on the food products but yet it is a good spot in Pakistan to go for Fast Food.

I had a very bad experience at Kfc.. I ordered a deal of 1100. It contains two burgers, two-pieces of fried crispy chicken and chips. The crispy chicken covering was full of salt.. Which make it uneatable.. The burgers are so dull in taste.. The chicken was pink from inside.. Overall total wastage of time and money.. Never waste your time at f10 branch..

In the middle of F-10 Markaz lies this little KFC!Taste and quality of food offered here is up to mark but order counter is situated in a very congested and small place! No more than four people stand at a time! Their service is pretty fast.Upstairs is the dine in area, a breathable place to sit in comparison of ordering counter!Dine in hall is pretty spacious

My overall experience in KFC Pakistan is not so pleasant . The branch in F-10 which is one of the face for KFC Pakistan so if that branch is dealing such service you can imagine services for rest of the areas. Everything needs improvement, delivery food, staff dealing everything. KFC Arabia and KFC Pakistan have huge differences in taste. Lot of improvements could be done...
