Had to wait 3 days for CBSE books when i was promised just one day. The day after i went he said to come back at 8 pm. Shopper dont pay attention to what you are asking for!! People are very rude...even if you call there for an enquiry they dont listen to you and deny for everything!! From Google enquiry i got answer from owner that they can order books after giving advance...but when i called for enquiry the person on phone first didnt listen to me than he direct said no that they dont order any book!! Very wrong attitude!!

Im coming back from returning my fybms second semester books. For the 1st semester I returned my books 1day late so they didnt give me money for those 3 books, which was not acceptable. Then again for 2nd semester I bought books from here just because I didnt find it anywhere. Now when I went for returning the books because I didnt want that again they give reasons, so I went on first day as it was mentioned on the stamp. But he denied saying that the timings are over where the timings were were not written on the stamp. I said them that I came from vile parle. Then finally he agreed to give me money. And he gave me comparatively less because they apply 40%. If youre thinking to buy books buy from *books emporium* 1 minute away from it. They give 50% as their commitment. Thankyou!
