Many times in a year, i, go to the shop, their representatives they are not interested to attend the customer, they really ignore what the customers want mainly backside their staff. Few days back I,asked to order one book from Ideal Book depo,after 20days I, called them on their landline, phone was ringing but nobody bothered to pick it up, altimately, went to the dadar shop, person (young boy) ignored me, he did not speak properly, he behaved insulting manner with me, as he is doing favour to me. At the times of every diwali, I, buy the diwali ank at least more than Rs.1000/-and many times in between I go to visit and buy books from the shop.Please look in the matter, regarding nobody attending telephone and behaviour of your staff towards customerThanking you, expecting good service from your staff in present scenario.

I actualy visited Ganesh Wada Shop to buy some titbit after long days.Ideal Book Depo was closed that time.But if you are asking for Ideal Book Depo. I started visiting these shop from my School, College, and also to buy text books for my only daughter and only nephew.I love the shop very much.Whenever I use to visit small rush of students and parents over whelmed .My view point when ever I reached to the counter their sales person use to attend to me till I leave the counter with loads of text books and also note books.Even today I enjoy much when I visit our Dadar west shops.

Went here to buy engineering books. But they werent available. Usually they do keep the books but at the time of exams the didnt. When I actually called them on phone and asked about the book I needed they said yes and Ive to travel here all by myself from classes to buy it and when I reached there, they said its not available! If so then why would you lie at first. If someone really needs a book and calls you to ask about the book, be honest and tell whatever it is. I stay at Curry road so it was okay but what if people from some far place comes and this what they get to know.
