Been shopping for my school and college books and now for my sons school books from this shop.

The bookstore is good, even easy to locate in traffic but the selection for novels aint that good. Books for academic purposes are all available only problem are the amount of novels present. Yet I would recommend this bookstore if you want to get books for a academic or official purpose

I baught books for 3000/- and return half of them on the very next day unused.The shopkeeper gave a reciept of 1400/- rather than cash saying you can shop anytime anybook within this budget at this shop. Now i am getting to know its being clossed down without any kind of notice or intimation.I dont know now from whom to claim my money stucked as I dont know the owners addressCan anyone please suggest what to do now?

One of the worst bookstores of Mumbai. The two old men just make fools of their customers. They are greedy men! They took the money n gave me the wrong book. The other day when I went there to exchange the book the shop was closed. I asked the man sitting near the shop that when will it open to which he answered that the shop is sold! It was so frustrating! Theyll behave very sweetly but later on theyll show you their real colors. They also claim that they take old books but when you actually go there to return it they give you excuses of not taking it. N now they can definitely not take it coz theyve sold their shop! !

The owner uncle is very sweet.. but you still have to wait a long time for some books.. overall ok

This is a perfect place for students, all the books are available out here and the best part is that u can exchange your old books with the new one but u will have pay a decent amount.

Book Store has variety of books with cooperative staff. And will answer all your call and provide best service with home delivery. The only problem is discount policy they provide discount only on few books maximum upto 20%.

Staff should be little polite. Specially the boss. But yes high probability to get books which youre looking for..

Staff is very rude and arrogant. When first called, they told me to send money and pick up the books. When I reached, the uncle said they actually didnt have stock but would be willing to deliver home that night at an advance payment. No delivery for the next two days and whenever we called, we were told ki he is sending the guy in one or two hour. The third day , fed up with the incompetence, we called for the last time where we were informed finally that he didnt have the books. No apologies for wasting so much time and keeping us in the dark.

The owner of this place is a crook, Beware while you deposit any money at the store.I wanted a particular book which the store didnt have but the owner had asked me to pay Rs. 100 as deposit and come back after an hour while hell get the book from some other place.After an hour while I am at his store the owner was behaving as if he doesnt know me at all, i asked him about the book but he replied by saying give me 3 more hours or come tomorrow. I asked him about the time frame he specified but he said please dont disturb me and behaved very rudely.

The oldest and the best book depot in the south Mumbai.Just name any book, you will get it there. Majorly you get all school books available.Very close to charni road station.PS: I personally travelled 35kms to get 10books. I hunted in miraroad,Andheri, Malad, Dadar, also I tried tardeo big books depot. But books was only available at Lakhani book depot.Peace

They provide you the wrong book and then dont agree to replace the book! Even though you have bill. Never go here! Worst experience ever! Should complain to consumer forum!!

Has been A part of every Students life for years,this Store can gurantee every possible book availaible in the market u gotta wait if aint available right away but sure to find.My family has known the owner since my Fathers educational times hes a kind person.

It is worst experience with the King Crown Packers & movers-Hyderabad, damages all house hold due to not proper transportation. Most of the payment taken in advance later on no body care about the customer, even not lifting the phone calls of the customer. Fake bill raising like Entry fee/Octroi/Toll exp and no supporting are providing even raising the bill for insurance but not providing any valid insurance policy for that. So be careful about this Packers & Movers and avoid your huge losses.Worst! Worst! Worst!

Worst Experience...Worst Book Store....No value for their customers...I hav been asking for CA Final Law book. The old uncle took the money and handed over the wrong book. Later on when we went to him, he took that book but didnt returned the money saying that he will give us the book next dae. Six daez have passed, he is neither returning the money nor giving us the book. I must say tht such a cheat person and such a cheat book store it is......

Staff is good.It sometimes take some time to get your books , probably the only flaw.

It is a big book store.Always rush, if you are going by car, parking is difficult.

Please call before you go to buy law books & give them a couple of hours then they will also arrange the books they dont have.

The book store is closed now. Instead of that there will be a cake shop.

Its really annoying when you travel from far calling priorily and asking if they have the book or not and they do have but when you reach they make you wait , which is fine but they say dont have the book .and after that as well are least concerned about the customer if they are complaining that we called and came .
