Government organization of Pakistan never comes up with best customer services.Have call to your Iqbal town office for some information and the representative give an other number that its not relevant department, after this have call to given number but same reply and give another number, again i have call to given number and get same reply that its not relevant department. I will never use Pakistan Post OFFICE just because of these kind of foolish representative of Pakistan Post Office.I will use expensive services Like DHL/Leopard because they provide best customer services experience.

Pakistan Post though took A start in right direction by delivering in time but now I booked two UMS from Abbottabad to Lahore (both big cities) out of which one UMS received on third day and the second one is still awaited. Same address same booking place but different delivery days. I think Pakistan Post should rejolt itself and shun off سرکاری service attitude.

I have been sending my international parcels for years. 2017 its getting expansive sending them. However limited services available here...

Bad service. and if you are not convince , just leave you wallet inside for 10 mins and then come back for it. They will deny it. They are thieves. I thought it was just me. But my friend then confirmed that it happened to him too. What else you can trust if not this.

Its is only for domesticsThey decieve every one for international post.They will hold parcel in their head office and will send back with fake stamp po box is wrongThey have fak stamps of all countries.
