Not worth getting the appointment via app or website. Its pretty much useless. Priority should be on getting token at the centre.Post office and token system needs to be automated.

Very easy process, but make sure you setup an appointment on Raasta app or by calling ahead.

Everyone was very cooperative. If your time slot is b/w 8 to 9 then note that the stamp guy come at approx 9o clock so take your driving stamps with you from post office according to your lisence. Dont go without complete paper work and appointment (due to corona) .

Nothing was clear. If you call on help line they dont have complete info.Dont deposit 100 rupees to HBL by online. Go to bank and get receipt.Just paste 200 rupees tickets on form A if you pass the test then paste 750 rupees tickets.Must take your own car for driving test otherwise you have to use very bad car from there that will be result in failure.What you needForm AForm B for medicalTwo photos950 tickets from post office, not available in traffic center.Have your own car for test driving.

This licence office in itself is a very good facility for the residents of DHA and closeby localities. However, there are three steep staircases that one has to climb to get to the office. Highly inaccessible for older people or people with disabilities. Also the staircase, walls, amd hand reeling are dirty and ugly.The good part of the office is that they have all facilities under one roof. They sell postage stamps, have a doctor (only from 9 to 12 in the morning). Please note you need to bring your own pictures & CNIC copies. There is no photocopier facility in the office. They do take your picture, but do not use it for the license.Staff were traffic policemen & 1 policewoman who were respectful. Good time to go would be around 2:45 PM as its not crowded.All information is also available on the website including forms. Please go prepared and save your time and hassle.

It is good initiative by CTO Lahore. Both tests for driving licence are transparent and no favoritism or nepotism is involved in it.

The best Government can do, for license renewal you have to take appointment through rasta application on your phone and then you can visit as per your time to get your license renewed. Dont think that it will be out of the world but very good system as per Pakistan remember that :p

Wonderful experience at the DHA driving center. The environment and the SOPs have been totally transformed in the PTI tenure Alhamdulillah .Get an appointment by installing the Rasta app as you will only be entertained if you have an appointment.The facility has been totally revamped and has been automated.I had to renew my driving licence and it only took me about 10 mins to get done with everything.FABULOUS!!!

Too much time waste. License office open time is 8am and the person who sell ticket come after 9. So mean there is no reason to give appointment before 9. Only staff sit in the air conditioner rooms and public sit outside under the fans only. We pay to govt and public cant sit. Staff come on time in office. But they start work after 9.Today i have applied for my renewal license but online shows that they only renewal motor cycle and no motor car. Now lets the license deliver then will see further. Overall this simple work made complicated by them

Appointment was booked for 8am to 8.30am. But still had to wait till 9.30 for postal stamps guy who suppose to start working at 9.Advise: Keep your documents ready. Downlaod relevant documents online.Book your appointment through Rasta app. ( just a requirement, not properly followed.)You can buy postal stamps from post office rather waiting there.

A O A. Maa Shaa Allah. DHA Driving licence centre is well organised. Procedures are simple and the staff is helpful and friendly. Download the app: Rasta.traffic. gov and fix an appointment before going and be there on time.

Shabby interiors, no elevators for senior citizens, no enforcement of face masks due to COVID 19. However staff were incredibly helpful and hard at work even through their lunch break and very professional despite circumstances.

Due to this Covid 19 situation few changes are there. I visited dha licensing today. A police officer was sitting outside guiding the people wait patience and answering all the queries. I went to renew my wifes license. He told me that u need an appointment through the number or rasta App. And than bring two passport size photos and license and copy and id card and copy with u.Stay safe and protected and use mask when ever u visit any office.

One of the few driving license centers of City Traffic Police Lahore. Staff is very cooperative. If there is any connectivity problem of internet, its not their fault but PTCL.Please keep in mind that all kinds of driving licenses are issued here except LTV for which you will have to go to Manawan Lines Police Line as LTV driving license is issued by Motor vehicle Examiner.

No elevator so not recommended for the elderly. Quite a dirty property.

First of all If any of you is thinking to go for driving test keep in mind that your whole day is needed because my experience was not so goodi got appointment of 10 oclock but there was no electricity ,no ups working so the staff ask me to come after 2 pmi went back to home which was 20 km away from centrewhen i went back at 2 o clock again they said you will be served when all small vechiles will clear their testat 4 o clock i was served and got free

Poor services when I was in driving centre after waiting too long officer failed in signs even not bother to provide you book. Theoretical must be on computer and practical must be from honest officer where as their timming have lot of issue. Its took whole day to complete procedure expecting to online system which become transparent for everybody .

Good polite Officer at learner renewal desk. But Slow service. Went for license renewal. After taking token your turn comes after at least 3 hours.Ticket guy leaves at 12 on Friday so if you did not take ticket before that you have to come again the next day.Spare at least half day if you have any kind of work here.

Convenient but no air conditioning. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Post man available with tickets at site. Simple rule for getting license made, renewed or international license made “ Go early as possible i.e 8:30am” avoid the cues and get it all done quickly. Ramadhan timing is 9am to 3pm with a prayer break in between from around 1 to 2pm (sometimes they continue to process)

What a pathetic test system for driving license of car/bike.Went to license office at DHA LahoreIn terms of facilities its worst. No air conditioning and full suffocation.Now towards the main partFor driving test there are two parts one is sign test and the other is practical driving test.The sign test should not be oral but in a sheet of paper (or computer based) which contains mcqs.Now the second part the practical test, I have UK driving license and there i was never taught during my driving lessons to NOT to look behind while reversing. In fact while reversing not only you can undo your seatbelt and look behind as well. But unfortunately here reversing only through mirrors of car? And if you look behind while reversing you’ll fail test how come? What a pathetic idea.Truly in need of refinement

Horrible experience..There are not a single elite or rich people there cz those people dont have to come there and stand in lines they just give some bribes t these government cheap officers and their license just reached at their doorsteps..In that license office they treat you like beggars..cz i didnt give money and didnt have any sifarish..it seems impossible for people like us to pass test..

Very polite and co-operative staff. All requirements fulfilled under same roof. Best part is a doctor is also available for medical certification of 50+ years applicants. There are two problems also. Firstly the office is on the third floor and secondly space is small.

Very bad experience. Every person is served on token. And they close token at 1pm even timing is 4pm. Learner work stopped at 1:15pm because officer who is making learner went for prayer and came at 2pm. After 2pm they went for lunch break. Almost 1 hour you have to wait. Such a bad way to facilitate.

Good Facility for local people, but mismanagement and lack of cleanliness

I have gotten my learners license from there. There are instructions on what documents to bring but there are no instructions on how the process will go and which person to go to for each stage. As I got my learners from there, Ill tell you the documents and process of getting a learners permit:1. Have your CNIC with you along with its photocopy.(only one copy is required)2.Get a slip from the computer.3. Then go to the main desk and ask them for the stamp for the learners license.4. Go to the room labeled learners license where you tell your info.NOTE: There is a difference between LTV and car. If you drive a car, tell them clearly that you drive a car. If you say anything vaguely for this option, youll have to go again to the main desk and ask them for the stamp( which is PKR 60 by the way) again and you have to pay again and wait for your turn to come. Also, you have to fill out your info in a register. Where the option for vehicles, write CAR if you drive a car. It is NOT a substitute for LTV.I wish this process was organised as NADRAS process for making a CNIC.

Ahaha Well their office is on 4rth floor. No lift... Network problems. No electricity backup. But They are down to earth, friendly and nice people. They actually try their best to help you. I hope you have a good day. Good wishes

Poor customer service, the ticketing system was not working, public AC was not working. The staff wasnt very courteous and those stairs never end three floors i guess :p

The staff was very helpful and efficient unlike other govt offices. Took me no more than 3 mins to get the list of documents required for international driving license. Once i brought all the documents, the verification and submission of docs took a max of 10mins.They said license will be delivered home in a week, i hope itll be so.This license centre is less crowded as compared to other branches.

Pathetic; went for driving license renewal today, they turned all visitors back and told to come on Monday as data entry operator was absent. About five officials present there were engaged in gossiping, its pitty with the absence of one person work stopped and whole staff had nothing to do but to engage in discussion on politics.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The application process for an international driving license is very cumbersome and inefficient. It should be upgraded to a on-location one-window operation.

One of the most pathetic driving center in Lahore. Zero technical know how. And if the electricity goes in between then it would be a disaster for you as they do not have any backup setup to carry on the things. Most of the time network remains out of order and the poor public has to wait a long long for the network to restart and their turns accordingly. Staff attitude is same pathetic all over.
