A nice colonial building that has its glory to date. It is the center of some ten different offices and is thronged by people on daily basis. More than being a town hall for the people of the city, it is the seat of bureaucracy and red tape.

Very rushy place. Should spare atleast a whole day before going to that place.Fans and seating system is better then expected from this country. Tread carefully when dealing with Agents.

Town Hall Lahore is a complex of various offices administrating municipal offices in Lahore. It is headed by Mayor. Town hall is located at lower mall road next to NCA.

Town Hall Lahore ( Now called as Jinnah Hall ) is situated on T-Junction of Lower Mall and The Mall, Lahore. Built in 1890 during the British rule. Gothic style architecture just like many other buildings of Lahore, e.g. Aitchison College, High Court, GPO, Punjab University, Lahore Museum and Government College.Offices of Lahore Muncipal Committee, which eventually is upgraded now as City District Government of Lahore (CDGL) are located in this building. The mail hall of the complex is used for local government sessions.Offices of Fire Brigade are also within the compound of this complex.

Peacefull and Beautifull place and the Faculty is not very much but they are cooperative..!

E khidmat Markaz is good place butt there token system is not good at all, runs very slowly, and its takes to much long time to change. I request you please update your token system.

Town hall has E Khidmat markazIn which you can submit files for DomicileLicense and CertificatesThe National Bank of PunjabWhich sumits fee is just on the left of E khidmat markaz there is a narrow street type way you will see a sign of NBP (Round Circle sign) OR ask anyone he will guide youActually the town hall e markaz open at 9:00 am- 3pm. Be fast as there are lines for bank depoistsAnd after that if you have got a file from Kachaery(civil police station in front of civil lines islamia college) .You can make deposit of 200 rs and after that attaching of challan you can go to the verificatiom or reception of e khidmat there they will check your docs and verify all things attached and attested be sure everyhting is complete or they will spoil you valueable time.After the success of verification they wil ask you yo get a token get a tokenAnd after that you can wait for turn inside there are counters you can go to any counter and ask them for domicile and submit them they will update database of e khidmat punjab and collect your thumb prints on bank slip form and computerized form .After Rechecking all the fields ask them to submit . And they will give you a slip for 16 days waiting . Then you can come and collect your form .For Police ClearanceGo to Kachaery (civil police station on abdul qadir road) and inside SSP office ask the desk to give you form for PCC . They will give you the certificateAttach the Required attested docs and in the time go to the Liberty traffic police office or Arfa e khidmat markaz (they will spoil your time by saying you have beard and this pic you are shaved and blaa blaa) and then give fresh pics just 2-3 hours back .submit the form give 100 to TCS charges and you are set to take pic and then you are free..They dont give full instructions on what to do and how but they have made E khidmat markaz whuch take alot of time ..But give you a printes doc just with a paper no proper certificated and long validity ...
