This and all shops on Montgomery road 99% of the time cater to helpers of mechanics so for an educated person the traffic jam, crowds, no masks, bad hygiene and hundreds of shops selling exact same stuff is an exercise in frustration.Mostly catering to car decoration stuff (condesending remark: who needs that?) . Everyone sells chinese and thai parts as original, lying through their teeth. When probed they say there is good chinese and bad chinese quality. Since they have a strong union against tax authorities, they have enforced a higher price so haggling is not fruitful.Best to explore newer markets not coming up in the greater Lahore.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called them multiple times for a vehicle accessory for two consecutive days. Messaged them with vehicle pictures and videos on WhatsApp but received no response on my query.Finally decided to call them and launch a formal complaint regarding the lack of response.Only then received links of products that wouldn’t even fit my vehicle (despite mentioning the restraints on phone calls and WhatsApp messages/videos/pictures).Wouldn’t be purchasing any accessories from them if they cannot value their customers.

Small shop for auto spare parts. They offer online shopping as well and known for their timely delivery services. Like any other shop/retail, customer should know the quality of products being paid for and be able to judge the product rather than just blindly paying for whatever they pack for you. All types of products in all quality ranges are available at their store. I personally prefer to visit and buy product after checking for counterfeit marks as they’ve sent really low quality parts to customers making purchases online.

I would not recommend to buye online anything from seghal motors. They only showed superior quality in videos and but in reality you will received low grade product. When I call for return nobody responded.

I ordered Door Sills for Prado 120. When delivered, it was for Prado 150 and not what I saw online and ordered. So contacted the shop. They said return the product, so I sent it back by courier from Peshawar to Lahore. Its been more than 50 days as I returned the product of 26th February 2020 but the refund has yet not been done. The admin keeps on giving me dates and false reasons as delaying tactics.... Now the lock down is also over for them but still they want to pretend as their finance person is away, offices are closed and bla bla... For a item of price 150 rs, they charged shipping of rs. 250 without mentioning it on their order page. I used Web Transfer (Credit Card etc), they billed it as COD. very bad experience. I wanted to cancel my order but they never confirmed and just shipped it as COD. I would strongly not recommend them and would never use this website again.

Dont buy online from them. First they sent me the items with the packing which ruined the shape of the product. Upon contacting them, they asked me to send the item back but they refused to pay for the postage. They have a lot of variety and their person on the counter, Saif, deals really well with customers, however, the labour there argue over charges and get really annoying, things should be more organized there and labour charges should be fixed there so that the customer knows he doesnt need to bargain with them.

Purchased city body kit yesterday, service too bad and too expensive, item quality good, bought chrome weather strip, two were metallic and two were chrome in same packet (wasted a lot of time in replacement.staff not interested in dealing . Only emphasize on prior payment even before you see the product... Many products are 20-30% expensive from market. Installation charges are 50-70% higher than market. Nobody tells you online that retail outlet and main office are different shops (with same name and same website strangely).Sale items are not sold on actual discount ... Beware folks . A very good online store. Had been buying stuff from this store for my vehicle from their website. Visited their shop at Mongomery and found it as per the standards of the local market. They have a very good rates compared to other. It contains all the latest tools and accessories of the car. Only issue is that its very small and some time you had to order online to get the stuff from their warehouse. Love their new accessories and always found it genuine and at best rate.

I used to like this place in start when saad was not all about making money.This place is awkwardly expensive full with low quality products selling with their so called brand name.Staff is very rude and un-cooperative with no patience at all. They dont like if someone ask questions about their products. There is zero after sale service and they mostly denied to replace or return product still in warranty.
