There is a proper lounge for visitors and sales reps to sit and talk about cars in a comfortable environment. A tea bar to serve the guests as well.The latest models are always available at the show room. A spacious display does it all.The service centre they have does not fulfill the quality of a true customer service ensuring workshop. You can not totally rely on them to repair your car properly. But still, their work is better than a lot of workshops out there.

I came across Ms. Nosheen and Mr. Osama. Both of them were very good professionals. For the rest of the staff, I can comment only after dealing with them!

Dont go there if going for repair & maintenance. The ramp to reach basement workshop would devastate your vehicle. Its most awkward ,grooved and steep, especially designed to hurt steering, tyres and suspension.

Service is good...but i think they have higher price then market...ATF oil on toyota outlet cost 1400 per litter but here they are charging 1700 per litter...one thing i cannot understand is that why they are charging 880 ruppee just to change the oil? Labour fee is expensive and didnt make any sense...pity

From last three years I kept my car grande 2016 iwith extreme care and one bad day the manager at Toyota cant ask me to have compound polish as i was there for bumper paint. After the compound polish my car was over grinded at lines and curves. The paint at curves and line got dim. Also a white shower on windscreen. Pliers, mirrors every where. Every body was putting blame on each other but ultimately i as a owner of car was the effectee. Toyota cantt will keep on doing the same and definitely their untrained staff will keep harming the cars. SORRY IS NOT THE SOLUTION.

However they dont inspire confidence as prices vary on useless things like prior booking 15% off on labour ( Rs 150 labour cor oil and filler change) and 5% on oil and filter prices etc. Everyone I decide to go to Filter house ferozepur road for ease of business (no charge for oil change filter , engine room air pressie cleaning etc. I returned as Toyota oil filters were out of stock at filter house. Toyota brand oil is cheaper than the German revnol .

Trained and corporative staff along with fully functional workshop. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Painting job needs improvement.

Its an excellent dealership and the workshop is good as well. The only issue is that at times they are out of spare parts to which their answer is always that theyll have to order parts from Indus Toyota or Japan.Ive often faced this problem and a few times theyve given me unrealistic estimates for repairs to problems that didnt even exist in the first place. If they charge a premium at least they should provide a premium service.
