Overall purchase experience was not bad *given that you keep your expectations low*. Positives first, Almaas (lead sales manager ?) answered all our questions. Not just on days leading up to the purchase of car but even afterwards when we were coordinating insurance policy info, optional equipment installation, service etc. It seems she will be the point of contact for us from now onwards whenever we have to make an appointment for service etc. No complaints there.Majority of my complaints are from service department. Firstly, the installation of the rear view camera equipment on stock headunit (+5k as of June 28th, 19) has been a painful & frustrating ordeal. Initially, service techs didnt bother installing it properly... the bulging camera hardware was too loose and wobbled uncomfortably. They fixed that by applying black electrical tape to make it fit snuggly. Why this was skipped in the first place? I dont know.Secondly, It wasnt until we were across the street from the dealership that our driver remembered to confirm weather or not the service department supplied us with our original halogen bulb for the license plate light (if you install backup camera, they remove original halogen license plate bulb for wiring of backup camera). As it turns out it was not in the trunk or rest of the car. Typically it should be returned to the owner and placed in the trunk. Well, it wasnt. Now was this a big deal? No, not really but it soured our experience nonetheless... When we returned to the dealership we were given an excuse about how service department was too busy and how they must have forgotten to put it back in the car.If you are keeping up, thats strike two so far. After using the backup camera for a couple of days, its obvious that it is angled sharply towards the ground and not usable (to see if cars are coming behind you ie backing up from driveway/garage). I will update this review IF service department fixes this 3rd issue with their optional equipment (backup camera). We regret going through with dealership for installation of a simple backup camera. Youd think they would take their time and properly install it (so its not loose/wiggling, angled properly). If they cant handle a simple wiring assembly installation(backup camera), I can only imagine their more involved service offerings like normall maintainence ie oil changesUPDATE:Went to this dealership for the 1st complimentary service appointment at 1000 kms. Service was done completed in ~15 minutes. Service technician tightened nuts underneath car, and around all 4 wheels. Some of the nuts required 1/4 turn to completely tighten them so I guess it wasnt a complete waste of time like I originally thought.During the same visit, I requested service tech to adjust backup camera. For reference this was offered by salesman/saleswoman during initial negotiations. Supposedly this is a genuine accessory from Toyota. Anyways, back to the service appointment. The technician advised me that their electrician must take a look at it. Electrician told me that there is no way to adjust this Rs. 5000 backup camera. Instead of fixing my issue he proceeded to upsell me... saying instead of getting the smaller screen backup camera, I should opt for the larger screen camera (which would require a new headunit Im sure). This was from their electrician. Which doesnt make any sense. Sure, the screen will be bigger but the rear camera angulation is going to be the same. This was confirmed by their service manager (upstairs). They need to educate their own electrician so as to not share nonsense like this to their customers. Again stay away from their service department.

I had done a paint job for my car. They are professional in colour matching and complete job in time with quality. They take normally 5 working days to complete the paint job. They advice you what will be good for your car.

One of the best dealerships of Toyota. Situated on main Ghazi/New Airport Road Lahore. The main advantage of this dealership is their extended time till 8pm. Toyota Airport is also open on Sunday. The staff is very much professional and competent to resolve your issue in your vehicle.

Miscommittment and poor quality work. No timelines they met for repair commitment and then handling of complaints is as bad as we can describe.
