I havent seen torque wrench being utilized which is an essential tool for routine check-up.Paint shop is not available moreover basic machining tools such as lathe machine was not available. Good place otherwise for oil change, break service, routine engine jobs.

Ah.. i never had my Honda City and Civic engine even touched​ by anyone except from mechanics of this dealership. Peaceful, calm and quite place. No need to stand and monitor work being done on your car. Customer service is super awesome. Just show nice gesture and pay tip at every visit and they ll treat your car as if its their own... Im lucky to finally found this place and now im glad with peace of mind.. highly recommend.. one thing bring your own parts from Honda Sugoi motors from either DHA branch or from Montgomery Road branch..

UPDATEAs this place isnt officially part of honda atlas network, they get their parts from other suppliers. They are genuine parts but you may see difference in packing or part number compared to 3s dealers.I checked about shock prices for 5th gen city. They told me they can get complete shock assemble, with spring, bearing, rubbers parts everything -already pre-assembled. Just take the old one out, put this one in. Simple. When I asked for a part number the service manager just said we have to check it against your car chasis number blah blah blah.I already knew where to get the part number, I got it. Ended up getting the shock assembly from bilal autos for Rs4500 less than they were quoting. The service manager was being stingy by not giving me the part number, in the end they lose on me purchasing any parts from them.Part number left and right is:51610-TM0-T02251620-TM0-T022OLD REVIEWWhen it comes to servicing there is less rush here, especially in the morning. Easy to just pop in and get serviced right away. This is for basic oil changes. They take their time which i prefer, rather than being rushed. Cannot comment on the quality of their work for major services as have not done any here yet.However they have junior mechanics so I would be hesitant to do a major service. For eg on a simple oil change the junior mechanic was going to add plain water to the coolant reservoir, until I stopped him. The coolant Honda uses is already premixed, so he should have asked me to buy coolant and then to add it.They also have a good method to clean catalytic converter by using some chemical mixture. However I felt misled as they cleaned only 1 catalytic converter for a 5th gen city when it has 2. I only realised afterwards and they tried to tell me that 2nd one cleaning isnt needed. I no longer go here.Also keep in mind this is no longer an official dealership of Honda Atlas, they lost that status a while ago.

It seems this service centre is no more authorized by Honda Altas. Very limited maintenance options available here.
