These people are of absolute no help. They are enjoying perks on taxpayers money and just doing fake advertisement but actually they are doing zero real work. All they do is mark those complaints as resolved. I want prime minister and chief minister to please please do audit of those complaints. These people are not helping. very disappointed.

I filed a complain to remove qabza and Mr. Farhan goes around asking for my US passport which is not needed when he has my Pak Nadra Card copy attested with him? They are so difficult and side with corruption and do not remove qabza. Useless people working here . Fire them please. We are over seas Pakistanis we need help we dont need their illegal DICTATION.

They have improved their service to the top! Now they are always available on the phone, follow up complaints both digitally and over the phone, have an understanding of the situation and know how to proceed. I would also like to especially thank Mr. Pasand Khan Buledi (very humble leader) and his assistant, Maryam, who both were very helpful with a web designer fraud case I had. We resolved the matter within less than 1 month. If such honest people work throughout the organization, I would imagine that Pakistan would have been just as attractive and developed as Dubai!

As an overseas pakistani Residing in croydon London i had to travel to Pakistan after my father death to resolve land issues with the local gangster and SNGPL (sui Northern Gas Pipeline).After 1 year to wasting time and mone i decided to approach the OPC for help in resolving the complaint against another Government body which provides gas to the northern area of Pakistan.The SNGPL had placed pipeline network in my private land without asking any of the Uk members or my mother who was present in Pakistan.The Pipeline network was vast and complicated as it supplied gas to the neighboring villages and small towns so you could imagine the task was not simple and easy.within 5 months of the complaints being registered SNGPL contacted me to resolve the issue by removing the pipes entirely.after struggling nearly for a 1 year i had lost hope help and confidence in my country of birth. I was depressed for a year fighting a battle that was against a dis-functional system.The OPC stored a great deal of faith by contacting and writing to the SNGPL to help me in this regard.I only have 1 other complaint still pending with OPC. Unless one is present in Pakistan chasing and actively pursuing all avenues with the help of OPC to resolve his complaint then the whole process is time consuming.Most property disputes in Pakistan are family related and full of political emotions and the government system in pakistan is not very organised which makes things cloudy and incredibly slow. And just like things in Uk the any dispute takes time to resolve and has to go through a process before a verdict or resolution. We being bought up in the uk expect things to happen similarly to the UK when its a different country, and different system altogether. Get a trustworthy reliable (The one who fear his lord and takes no BRIBE) lawyer and actively pursue and follow up things as with any complaint. inshallah it will work outI think the OPC should be given more power and finance to build their team and infrastructure so decisions could be made quicker without the hierarchy drama.

If by mistake you are an Overseas Pakistani and have (God Forbid) any kind of issues in Pakistan specially in Punjab then please DO NOT waste your time visiting this particular office. Rest assured that you will get zero support as this department in particular is simply doing nothing nor will ever do anything to help Overseas Pakistanis. What ever they say or show photos and news in media and on their website is just to please the government in power. Their online portal is just another complete WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE keep your savings in hand no matter where you are and do your best to avoid investing in Pakistan. Yes as a patriot Pakistani you should always support your country (as most Pakistanis do) but once you have any issues then the entire system is so much corrupted that you will simply get no support from any department. Stay safe, keep your money safe and God bless you all. PM Imran Khan and CM Usman Buzdar are kindly requested to carry out thorough 3rd party audits and replace the staff on urgent basis.

Did Complain last year and they were doing very good but suddenly everything is stopped not even a response..ADCR has ordered to allot the land but never implement and when i asked to follow up then no response from October 2017.Allah Knows Better but looks like Politics came in them as well.

It is a best forum for overseas Pakistanis belonging to Punjab province as it is very effective in eliminating inordinate delays in disposal of complaints of overseas Pakistanis regarding illegal possession, fraud, or any other issue.

Complete waste of time. Should have gone myself to Pakistan and solved my problem. They have wasted nearly three months. Disgusting. I would suggest to people dont waste your time with them, rather solve the problem yourself.
