The overall working depends upon the order of high officials. The working criteria of voting assigned to different parties and a keen eye of watch about the system pertains here. Building is in good location with greenery all around with all basic amenities . During elections , the Election commission pays an important role and each party has to follow its directions and work according to it.

Poor management

Make election bloody easy for god sake. We live in a bloody digital world. Create a simple program! No matter where u live u can access your profile through your thumb scan. In which you cast your vote. If u can give me sim through thumb scan no matter where n a credit card through thumb scan no matter where i am than u should let me vote through thumb scan no matter where i am. I dont hav the blood 10,000Rs to go to karachi n the transfer procedures is bloody awful. Im rental i dont hav the bloody money to have a new permanent address in this mangaee. There are 5 voters in my house n you are losing many more rental because this bloody paper ballot system. I have 3 software engineer in my house. Well make program for you.

I hope competent persons are hired here... which can bring rigging in election to minimum level...

The Election Commission of Pakistan (Urdu: انتخابی دفتر پاکستان‎‎), is an independent, autonomous,permanent and constitutionally established federal body.Responsible for organizing and conducting of elections to state parliament, provincial legislatures, local governments, elections to the office of President of Pakistan, Delimitation of Constituencies and preparation of Electoral Rolls.As per the principles enlightened by the Constitution of Pakistan,the Commission makes such arrangements as are necessary to ensure that the election is conducted honestly, justly, fairly and in accordance with law, and that corrupt practices are guarded against The Election Commission was formed on 23 March 1956 and has been restructured and reformed in various occasions of history of the country.[1][5]Under the Article 213 & 216, the Chief Election Commissioner and four retired judges of the High Courts from respective four province of the country, who are appointed by the President in the manner provided in the clauses (2A) and (2B) of Article 213 of constitution. As of present, Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza is the current Chief Election Commissioner.[6] Election Commission of Pakistan has a 5-member panel, out of which 4 members are from each of the four provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) headed by a Chief Election Commissioner. The Commission transacts its business by holding meetings. All members of the Election Commission have equal status and say in the decisions of the Commission.

They are just supporting looters so they can make govt. and make policies to loot tax money of the nation. nothing else...
