I applied for renew 10 days ago but not received yetThen go to this place they said after 1 day you will receive your licence but not received i like PITB but government works for public any time plan change hosakta hy buhat se logon ko time per mil gia but buhat se log maheeni wait ab b krty hainMeray licence ka status day first se Ready to Deliver he aara hy but TCS k handover ni kr rahy.

I am so happy with the work strategy of the City Traffic Police Office. Very nice and polite behavior of CTO (Near Kachehri Lahore). Now license (new/renewal) is more easy and comfortable for everyone. CTO renewed my license in just 2---3 minutes. I give them 5 stars.

Staff dont have manners and professional, they should be taught how to talk with people. They just act rude.

Some officers dont care about talking to others. But overall good

They Have Updated Some Of Their Systems.The Staff Is Very Cooperative.Still, There Is Always Room For Improvement.Sometimes It Does Get Confusing With All The Steps To Follow.
