It is a fine and decent place to stay, either you are with friends and family. Rates are reasonable and Rooms are nice. The only thing bothered me was Room Service, they were very late with their services, we waited 45 minutes for our breakfast which effected our plans later that day. The rest is good, may be you can caution them first hand not to be late with your food orders.

My stay in this hotel was great. Staff is very cooperative, neat and clean rooms, best customer services, quiet and calm environment....in short best value of my money!

Hotel Safari Royal is one of the best hotels in Lahore, a twin room costs only Rs 3500 with free breakfast. They have a standby generator that means your AC is on 24/7. The staff is highly responsive, at all times they were available within a few moments. Parking is free with security cameras on all times. I stayed at other places but were not even close to 10 percent of Hotel Safari Royal. It is close to Shokat Khanum hospital while other amenities are also in walking distance. They have other branches in the city centre so its up to you to choose any branch according to your needs. I would highly recommend it to those searching for accommodation with family . Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service provided at that cost particularly in Lahore.

No hot water, had to ask every day, last day again No hot water. Service good, room very clean, breakfast served in the room but no table. No glasses provided had ask. Rates very reasonable. Location ok. New hotel still learning, hopefully with time it will improve. We had a pleasant stay.

I went to this hotel yesterday and I was very disappointed with their services. I booked the room a week ago with their agent name Rizwan Ali when I arrived at the property my booking wasn’t made at all and I had to wait at the reception to get the room. Also I was told I’ll have to pay extra if I want a room on ground floor. I got a room on second floor with no fan no ac working and dirty bed sheets and pillows. I called the reception to complain and was told to wait another hour to get another room. Finally I got another room with fan and clean bed sheets. Everytime I ordered food I had to wait hours and had to call them two to three times. Very unprofessional staff and they all were just staring at us made us feel very uncomfortable. We checked out the same day at 7pm which means we only stayed there for seven hours but we were very disappointed and would not go back.I wish someone from management take notice and improve. The pictures they show online does not match the room at all.#unhappy #unprofessional

Staff was very co-operative and well mannered. Rooms were clean and well decorated in the small budget.
