We love the breakfast it was so yummy. Their hospitality is so good. They treat you like family. Well behaved staff. It was our second trip to lahore and in this hotel . Very safe and secure and family hotel . offer free parking luxury. Our favorite hotel in lahore

Extremely beautiful hotel classy Spanish style very clean and comfortable property to stay in Lahore. We reached at hotel 2.00 am in the morning from uk flight staff was very attentive at the time to check in they warm welcome us and offer us coffee and juices which was complimentary. Breakfast was also very delicious. rooms are very comfortable and spacious bathroom very clean looks like brand new and jacuzzi bath tubs. Overall stay was very luxury. pool fitness center and all other facilities there. Very safe place and located in heart of Lahore. all shopping malls very near and all desi and fast food restaurants there. We love this hotel and definitely will come again to stay and recommend to others. Very friendly atmosphere. 10 minutes from lahore airport and only 8 min from gulberg

When I arrived, I specifically asked for a clean quiet room. I was promised one but it was anything but. The linen was dirty, toilet bowl seemed like it wasn’t cleaned and the budget had hair in it. The shower had poor drainage and it was likely because of hair clogged therein. The toiletries had been used particularly the body wash which was half used and it’s container was sticky because of prior use and to my detriment, I only found out about all this when I went in to take a shower in the morning and had to be quick or I would’ve been late for a work meeting. This is the third consecutive trip to PC Lahore where I had similar experience. They need to up their game badly. I only wished avari wasn’t this bad otherwise I’d have never stayed at this overpriced place that charges $126 a night for this pathetic service

Worst service staff wasn’t accommodate room conditions pretty bad

I’ve been to PC Lahore multiple times and each time it’s getting bad to worst. I booked for deluxe room but wad allotted standard room, had to argue with staff at 5 AM after an overnight flight to get the room i paid for. Regardless of clear communication no airport shuttle provided, no one even bothered to read my message. The restaurant where breakfast was served was so crowded that on both days during my stay i had to settle for breakfast at executive lounge where the breakfast manu was pathetic.

Loved the stay at PC. The decor and outlook and security was grand and the staff was friendly and accommodating

The front staff were arrogant - didn’t appreciate the aloof and impersonal way of interaction with guests. On the other hand, the cleaning service and bellman were awesome!

Bed and pillows condition were very bad. Facilities were not like that as told at booking time

After an overnight flight, the guy at the front desk allotted me a standard room instead of Delux that I paid for. Luckily Ive been to the property many times and identified it but still had to literally fight back for the room I paid for. Skipped the breakfast at the main restaurant due to overcrowding twice.

Lack cleanliness, and the room was outdated and sub-standards amenities.
