It is a 2 Star hotel. It gives no daily room cleaning service, flush seat cover crack could not be replaced in our 4 days stay, bathroom door knob from inside is missing. They can improve to make it a better place.

Affordable price, neat and clean rooms and excellent envirobment

It is a scam. The breakfast was included in my package but the management blatantly denied this, causing embarrassment for me in front of my guests. To add fuel to fire the manager said this is nothing to be embarrassed about. Pathetic hospitality.

Poor management and communication, try to rip you off as much as they can very smelly rooms. They communicated clearly that breakfast is included and then asked us to pay for the breakfast. They even keep on calling us at home to pay for the breakfast. Bunch of Frauds sitting there.

In aug, I booked the hotel 5 days ago of my arriving at hotel. Booking was done by Mr. Abid. But when i reached there, they said we have booking with your name but dont have space right now. And they asked me to goto BnB hotel.Very poor management.Very unprofessional staff

Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly. Food was perfect too. Good for family. Only bed sheet was old. They should change bed sheets everyday. Rest all was perfect.

Worst experience in this hotel, the manager was so rude and mis behaving on the claim of booking, because he was greedy to earn more money through those rooms which were booked in less price. Please DONT ruine your trip to lahore, by booking this hotel, we lost almost 3 hours in this mess.

Unprofessional and gairay baaz people. Satyed there a few times. The receptionist named Abid took the call last time. I told him to book a particular room. Even then he didnt bothered that i am a returning customer. Every time you will ask him weather or not a room is available, he will ask you what you paid last time. When you tell them what you actually paid he goes Sir hamari aaj hi meeting hui hai rates revise ho gaye hain hamaray expenses nahi meet ho rahay same thing he told me twice in a week. Two revisions in same week???? I told him to confirm the booking and and two change the curtain as that particular room is east open and sun almost shines inside of that room. He said aap koi chadar latka lijiye ga main change nahi karwa sakta ya phir guzara karain

It is a decent hotel located on Maulana Shaukat Ali Road in Lahore. It offers single, double and suite rooms for guests. Round the clock room service is available. It provides meals on order as well as on buffet service. It also provide rent-a-car service in and out of Lahore. Yes, wi-fi service available.

Definitely not recommended for families. Too loud you can’t sleep at all. Rooms are okay but what is the point if you don’t sleep reception disturbs you quite often for no reason. Parking situation is very bad as well. Staff is good and very helpful though.
