Heritage when it first started didnt make that of an impression but after few years I see it progressing with much more professionalism. The staff is very helpful and at the same time the rooms are also very good. Washrooms are very clean and the bedrooms are very cost. Linen is good and clean. Parking is an issue though. Keep it up buddies

Favourite place to stay in Lahore. The suites are huge and have everything you could need, breakfast is brought to your room when you ask for it (mostly egg options but still pretty decent), and hotel service is pretty quick. Great location as well with MM Alam Road, Main Boulevard, Liberty just a stones throw away. 100% recommend.

Excellent upscale luxury small hotel. Large specious rooms with fully fitted kitchen. Have stayed here many times and would love to be back again. Should add a restaurant though.

Best boutique hotel in town, best for famalies has large brand new rooms well furnished i used room 301 which had 2 rooms sitting area, dining area and small kitchen including all kitchen ware, which came in handy as i had a 3 year old with me. The staff is excellent, the architect and the owners put there heart and money in designing this hotel every thing has been carefully thought off. The washrooms are large with seperate shower areas cordined by wall and glass and curtains so that it can be used by other family memmbers. They serve breakfast in room which is a + + for guest with children. The rooms have a cosy feel to it, they have independent airconditioning and heating which is child safe. The kitchen is nice and serves good food. The hotel has its own very nice and well lit and well maintained park which the children and you would love to stroll. The central location of the hotel gives it acess to all the best eatries of lahore such as Pf chang,yum and 3 malls just a 5 min walk away. I had a late flight and i requested the mangement for late check out which they were more then happy to agree too. ALL IN ALL BEST VALUE FOR MONEY AND PLACE WORTH STAYING IN FOR.

It was brilliant experience there. ive stayed in many hotels but this one was bit unique, their location was flawless, amazing, staff was well behaved, well mannered. most importantly it is adjacent to well known markets and surrounded by well eateries. five stars for them

The Moor consists of luxury suites hence the name given The Moor Heritage Luxury Suites the name itself describes the place. The suites are amazing to say the least. The one in which I stayed consisted of two bedrooms with attached toilets, one lounge, a kitchen and a terrace. Lounge is quite spacious. Everything is super clean with no sign of dirt. Moreover there is a tv in every room and lounge. All 3 floors consist of a main lounge where there is a t.v., books, computer. And a lot of pictures which shows its past history. After knowing the fact that this hotel has been there for ages and holds a history only makes it better.

Moroccan infused architecture, great location to everything near by. Walking distances to liberty mall area and all site seeing areas. Hotel staff are respectful, kind and honest.

Their rooms are well managed and capacious. Services are average. Breakfast menu really need to be improved. Electrical and bath fittings are old fashioned. Its very difficult to find any appropriate socket to charge your mobile in their rooms even in this mobile phone era. However staff is good.

Boutique 5 star hotelGood location

My daughter stayed there and was “ OVER CHARGED” for an extra day. They withheld her COVID 19( Corona test) results for a few extra hours and at 2 pm , released her , hence charging for an extra day Un ethical and haram. These seven odd thousands won’t make you any richer !!! Most hotels would extend the check out time by two hours free of charge but not Heritage Luxury Suits

Well to start from parking.. i can understand its cox of being near to MM Alam road.. rooms are spacious. Few Electrical sockets are not working. For two persons there are only one pair of slipper. Have to call operator again n again to bring me stuff.. though they have sent everything we have asked for.. nice place but cud be better

Visited a friend stayin there from karachi and i found them very private aswell safe/posh & done to a very high standard with alot of added services and good service. The rooms were very nice and nothing else then a 5/7 stAr hotel.

Location is excellent ! Hotel is a bit old ! Services are good ! Kitchen is not recommended as they served us breakfast in our room ! Not good value for money !

A friend stayed there and I visited, really liked the spacious service apartments.

Very quiet and laidback place. Rooms are great and service too. But the hotel is tiny. M. M. Alam is right next which gives you great food options. There’s a gym facility as well for those who are interested. The lawn is tiny and not good enough for a walk. Great for relaxing and enjoyable. Location is very good too. And near all sorts of public transport

Its a nice exclusive place very good on security. However, the housekeeping needs a major over haul...the only reason I rated it three star and not four! I would recommend it though and stay here again .

A very nice cosy place with Moroccon theme. The property is in the heart of Lahore and a walking distance from the Liberty shopping centre.They have 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and Royal Suites which are all spacious and comfortable.

Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained, good service, availability of amenities (sometimes upon request). Great location; sandwiched between M. M. Alam and Liberty market. The food isnt that great though, Id suggest eating out.

Have been staying here frequently. Tbh, this is THE BEST place to stay in Lahore. Strikes the perfect combo with peacefulness and being right in the middle of city: you will find any and everything within a mile.Pros- Amazing staff, very courteous and helping- Top cleanliness, includes sanitized bathrooms- Very convienient parking- In-house food is great in taste, quality amd presentation, which is pretty rare for serviced appartments- a very high end, modern yet traditional ambience- Room sizes are commendableCons:- Bathrooms are rather smallDefinitly a place to stay for a night or even for a month. Would feel right at home with all the amenities.
