Everything is perfect except their checkout system. If you are entering the hotel at 11 PM (night), you have to leave it at 12 PM noon. After 12 PM, you have to bear the charges of 2nd day.

The rooms were literally from 1920s,the bed sheets werent even clean ,the bathrooms tiles were cracked from everywhere,the water was cold as ice,there was nothing complementary,not even soap,there were only 2 power outlets.service was absolutely non existent.The only thing good was the window AC which was again 50yrs old.To sum it all up , very bad experience (btw,the lifts dont work so we had to climb the steep stairs with our bags). sorry didnt take pictures of patheticness[but somehow worth the price]

Simply ,the rooms are value to money the rooms are spacious and all the essentials are available. Strongly recommend for families with strict budget.

A Three-3 Star hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Lahore. We had a great time in National Hotel Lahore. Fares are extremely lowest among the near-by hotels in Lakshmi chowk. Vast number of rooms with air-conditioning and heating services. Regular rooms are not that much good but i think the price they offer is very good. Breakfast is very tasty and delicious. Very supportive and cooperative staff.

Standerd became very low....rooms are dirty and smelly.

Overall it was ok but very poor at house keeping service and other like cleaning etc.

I am sorry to share such a bad view of the hotel rooms but I appreciate them as well they improved the quality of the room from last six months but they have to improve it more.Its a very old and very famous hotel in Lahore but time Chang very fast and people going to be modern day by day.The Hotel reservations officers claiming that this hotel is the of the best hotel of this area and they charge very high for it but the situations is different.

Extremely backwards when it comes to pretty much ANYTHING! Dirty bathrooms, toilets with no flushes, beddings smelly and, pretty sure, infested with some sort of bedbugs. If you want to give the feeling to the customers that they have travelled back to 1950s, assuming thats when this hot mess opened up, put a sign in the front, saying Time Travelling is also available if you like.

Good place to spend your tour time. Air-conditioned rooms, elevator, attach bath, in terms of room conditions we have well furnished and well carpeted rooms as well as old rooms/used (not maintained) with no carpets and ceilings etc.

Average hotel. No power issues. Air Conditioned for most of time. But dont expect good breakfast! On some days there is too much traffic on Abott road,making your movement in the area difficult. So watch your schedule..

May Almighty Allah doesnt bring anyone to a hospital . However , God forbid if someone suffers from illness , this hospital provides good services . Particularly the general physician Dr. Naeem Yaqoob is highly professional who gives personal attention and proper time to his patients , takes care of them and tries to boost the morale of the patient .

The hygiene was not maintained at all there were bed bugs in the bed which made the experience worst; corridors, dinning hall, stairs seemed never cleaned. Washrooms were not washed regularly over all it was not a good place to stay. Extremely disappointed. When you charge money then you should provide proper services.
