Its a good hotel keeping in mind that they charged around five thousand for one night and had one double bed and one single bed in a room. They even provided an extra mattress, one extra blanket and extra pillows in that price. But keeping in mind the winter season which it is, i think they should have provided the heater as well in the room as there was extremely cold in the room and it was difficult to sleep. I think the bathroom could also be a little more well built although it was clean. The staff was nice and cooperative. Its a very small hotel with not too many rooms.

It good neat and clean place to stay in lahore with family... very nice and homely atmosphere with privacy. Rent was very reasonable for room (3 bed and 1 extra matress) and breakfast was complimentary. Staff was good and caring. On my very good experience, i recommend this hotel. Wifi was free also but there was only 1 electric switch so i had to switch off TV to charge my cell phone. Overall my stay was complete satisfactory and i want to come again.

So I moved to Lahore on the 20th of September from Islamabad and a friend in Lahore assured me his friend owned a guesthouse so o could stay there for a few days till I found a flat.Turns out when we got there, the owner, his so called friend had outsourced the business to someone else to run it and just pay him a royalty. Lets say the friends name is Mr. X, and the person whom he outsourced it to, is Mr. Y.My friend had also asked Mr. X if he knew of a flat I could rent to which he had assured him he had one vacant ready to move in.Mr. X in a bid to oblige Mr. Y, then without rhyme or reason started stalling about the flat and the two met me and asked me to just keep staying at the guest house instead. The idea was to keep making money off me, since its a fraction of the cost of the guesthouse to rent a flat.This was 2 weeks into my stay.A female friend who could not afford her hostel rent was asked to leave when the payment deadline past and had no where to go. This was at 10pm.I offered her to use my room while I spent the night outside. One hour into her being in the room and me being outside, Im told by the person at the reception, Mr. Arif, that she cannot stay. This is at 12pm. I asked if they had another room available they could give her and Id pay for it. I was told yes, and that she can move in there.5 minutes later, Im told no she cant have a room and she has to leave. At this point I asked I be given 10 to 15 minutes to figure something out for her since it was midnight. Now Im told You have exactly 10 minutes, not a second more, and she should be out of the gate. So while I goto the room to tell her this, 2 minutes later I get a call again from the reception saying you have to make her leave now.At this point I lost it and confronted the person at the reception, Arif, who was being goaded on by the owner on call to keep being pushy.Now Im told she is welcome to wait in the office as king as she wants while I figure this out. I go back to the room, and surely enough,I get called again saying Sorry, she cant even wait in the office, you need to take her out.So I get ready to leave with her not knowing where to take her at midnight, and just before I leave, I ask Mr. Arif Youre getting this instructions from your owner yeah? He replies And he says you better check out by 9am tomorrow morning.I wasnt going to leave this female friend on the streets so we went and sat at Liberty Market till day break. I came back to the hotel at 7am to pack my stuff and leave.Now none of them approached me to leave the next day. At 4PM I finally went out for a walk and told the other staff, that Im ready to check out and leave coordinate with my friend since I was referred by him.Now I was told That chapter is closed and you can stay along as you please by a different person at the reception. When I explained to him last nights behaviour was uncalled for, he agreed Arif was in the wrong and he got confused because the owner kept pushing him. When I confronted him with the fact that the owner of the hotel was responsible for being still being stuck at the hotel because he decided to fill his pockets and ensure I couldnt get the vacant flat because according to him, his right hand man needed it more for his mistress, I was told the owner is shady af, but he likes being self righteous when it comes to his hotel and keep it pure.When I called out the hypocrisy, he had nothing to say.So the next few days, Mr. Arif started passive aggressive harassment. He would switch off the circuit breaker for my air conditioning every morning without any rhyme or reason. I complained on two occasions to other staff members before it stopped.Then he would refuse to send breakfast if it was a little after 11am althoufh earlier I was being given breakfast even after.Hotel fit to be run by a Gangster and his minions.

Staff was soo good with mature behaviou.Their rooms are ver neet and clean. Everything was V.good. Amd the most important thing is that the rate was very good compare to others. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Food is tasty (quantity doesnt justify price)service is slow

Reasonable budget hotel. The staff is generally helpful. The furniture in the rooms is above average. They provide room service and have a reasonable menu. I didnt order anything so I cannot comment on the taste.The heating was not appropriate for the late-December cold of Lahore. Its hard to get a heater, which too is a small one.They could do a better job at cleaning the place.

As a recently started 3 star hotel the service is excellent for a group of 15 people having a stay and training of 3 weeks in Royalton Inn Hotel!! Food and drinks are delicious, well prepared and various. The conference room is very convenient. The organisation and management is accurate and friendly. Very good feeling during my stay!
