It was an amazing experience for me and my family. The stay at the hotel matched its name Royal. All the facilities were superb. Everything of international standard was available in there one can think of. The breakfast was also superb. The crew was very courteous and highly professional. Once a person stays in here will think of coming back again. I will highly recommend it.

Recently i got a chance to attend a seminar at this place hotel architecture looks good with different color and style, halls are constructed well (good for corporate and marriage event as well)The thing which i don’t like is mosque space is very small although if any hall is free prayer can offered there but the place they have designated for mosque is small

Amazing taste and ambiance for hi-tea, their parwaz restaurant on the roof top. Menu, variety and taste is scrumptious. Recommended!!

We recently booked two tables for a birthday at hi tea but had to cancel it immediately due one sudden death in our family due covid-19 out of the city. We told the hotel management immediately but they are not cooperating and are not returning our advance payment..my husband goes almost daily but they waste time and ask him to come again...

A luxurious 5 star hotel at airport area Lahore. Though costly but it has all the facilities available with wide and luxurious rooms. Loved it

Wonderful hotel. Great location next to the airport. Prices were good , staff was very helpful, food was wonderful and friendly. Overall very satisfying experiences one of very few hotels in Lahore which I found to be very good for stay for business clients as with family n kids. The management also seemed very receptive to suggestions I had for improvement of my stay which was very nice. Will be visiting again for sure.

Staff was extremely friendly and Miss. Basma especially stood out like a shining star in customer service. Every new property needs some feedback to improve. Please see below1- Vanity Mirror has inadequate lighting. Simple solution will be to wrap 110V strip light all the way around the box right behind the mirror. it will look nice Ambient light with a very nominal cost. 2- Gap behind furniture under the television. It is very easy to drop jewelry or other important item. This gap must be filled with a matching wood or decorative filler. 3- Far away from shopping but right at the airport.

Best hotel I seen in Pakistan

I have been to many 5 star hotels in the world but this hotel was the most beautiful and had the best service. The price of the presidential suite and a regular room was extremely low. They also provide a driver to take you for site seeing and shopping for a nominal price The Badshai Mosque was one of the most beautiful buildings we saw during the site seeing. I will be coming back.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Staff was keen to ensure that we are comfortable and all needs are fulfilled. Not all restaurants are operational yet but we had enough choice for our short stay. Im a person with attention to detail so I noticed things like wires hanging under the TVs, poorly painted wall panels, traces of dried soapy water on bathroom walls and floors - small stuff but couldve been improved.Overall great experience and highly recommended.
