Good place to rest few hours before flight. Food is so so comprises only tea and snacks. In the main hall one screen is there displaying flight schedules. Only one washroom for gents and other for ladies.

Tried it out for the first time thinking it would be a safe space amidst the covid crisis. They charge you $18 for a a crowded lounge and their free food consists of only a few substandard things (I love food and I literally just got a bottle of coke). My suggestion: skip it and sit outside at Gloria Jeans or Coffee Planet free of cost and have some good coffee with your money instead!

Uncomfortable seats. Too crowded. Single toilet facility. Too little food items variety. Bad lighting. Lahore is full of NCA graduates who would love to design this lounge.

It was better before, dont like that they got people pouncing on you for this lounge so they can make money.Sialkot does not have this problem, Anyone that has been in the airport before can find the lounge easily by reading the signs. Food and snack options are limited, the screen for flight times and status has been removed and the cost increased to 2900pkr. You are still expected to tip if they carry your bags or rush you through passport control. The Wifi is the main benefit. The changes that done to these guys pay and performance should not hamper on the customer experience in the airport, allow me to find the lounge on my own.

Food quality and variety are so so. Environment is depressing and sad. I dont know why. Just biscuits, one type sandwich, chicken roll and soft drinks. Nothing special or very tasty there.

Being a VIP Lounge for international flights it should have almost everything but the only thing this place has to eat just a few cakes, biscuits, one kind of sandwich and soda drinks! was expecting much more from the lounge in lahore international airport but disappointed.

I liked the welcome smile at counter.

The snacks and tea is cold and nothing special. Sofas are no more that much comfortable than they used to be.

No air-conditioning. Its fan blowing around. I wouldnt have paid for this if I knew this was the case. It was dark, dirty, limited food selections. Dont waste your time here unless its free for you.

Average seating arrangement but still comfortable compared to the general seating for economy class passengers. You can sit in this lounge even if you don’t have business class ticket by paying just $10. Food is pretty basic so don’t count on it as a meal replacement.

Pathetic service. Limited and low standard food. There was no element of chicken in the CHICKEN SANDWICHES. In the washroom they places a steel cup filled with water because there was no water for washing.The only good thing was the WIFI which was good. Not a good experience.

Its an OK place to relax for a little while before your flight. Food consists mostly of snacks, tea, and sodas. I have free access with my Standard Chartered Credit Card. The last time I went it was rather crowded. Several WiFi networks available, but they run slow.

Calm environment .. very relaxing.. open wifi .. fresh snacks .. 2000pkr per person .. Free for UBL and DIB and diffrent bank card holders..clean washrooms... prayer area..

A lot can be improved

One of the more sparse lounges.Starts of with inefficient Check-in. There is a long line of frustrated passengers trying to get in. Limited seating for the number of passengers with access. Only two thirds of the lounge has decent air conditioning coverage, while the remainder has to make do with a pedestal fan!There is a basic variety of sodas in a clear fridge, but all are tepid room temp.The selection of snacks include stale and dry chicken sandwiches, patties that have to be put down after one bite. There are cookies and cakes there but all are suspiciously dry.This is really bad performance for a business class lounge. Better and fresher food is available in the main concourse.Whoever is managing this should he given a basic course o what business class products are like and what kind of quality and variety is expected.

Very good waiting Lounge

Very good and beautiful place with caring staff all the time. While waiting for flight its completely reasonable and comfortable place to spend good time.

Okay to sit, work and have some snacks. Not much to eat. AC is okay although you sweat on arriving.

Absolute rubbish.

Its really quite awful. Dirty and ripped couches. Terrible food. WiFi barely works. Gets very crowded when international flights are leaving. Honestly dont think its worth walking all the way to get to it. Sad state of affairs.

I loved it because I had free access on various cards that Ive. Usually the access is charged considerable price. Once in, snacks and tea is available like a buffet. Unless youve it for free, the place isnt worth it really. Never pay to get in.

Looking a bit dated. Only an adequate range of snacks. Quite acceptable for a regional airport, bit not really of international standard. Watch out for those cockroaches - yes I saw one scurrying around. Perhaps it was searching for the decomposing body of a an ill fated passenger, eternally delayed on that fine 5 star airline otherwise known as PIA.

Its good to stay at quiet place and wait for your flight in this CIP. Honestly my experience of food that they offer isnt much satisfactory due to lack of cleanliness. I have seen Cockroaches crawling around the food counters often. They do not have variety of dishes to offer. Just few biscuits, cake slices, arabian sweet (bakhlawa -served rare), samosas and beverages are the only items that you may find. Overall the lounge is enough good to sit and relax. They do offer free CIP Lounge access for Major Banks credit card holders. However, you are free to pay the revised charges of 2000.RS per passenger and get the access without the need of presenting credit card.

Seats r not comfortable. No service . Just like fish market. . 2600 Rs for this rubbish , I will not recommend any body to use this 3rd class lounge..

Compared to other lounges its much cheaper at $ 15 per person, the food is quite average and the cleanliness can be improved upon, the lounge is a little run down, the staff is courteous, polite and very helpful as I had missed the announcement of my flight, he came over and told us to hustle.

This one is below the merit. Apart from nice furniture, nothing else is good. Especially when your with family.No good menu, No juices, No good sandwiches, No Ice cream, No coffee maker (normal coffee is available) , No AC, it’s simple waste of $15 per head.This one is not even near to CIP Karachi. Simply disappointed.

CIP lounge is a good place to sit in a comfort enviorment for a while before your flight. Its much better than the waiting lounge at the airport. But i think their are few minors things that should be corrected or improved. First thing is quality of food it should be improved and they need to include juices, pakistani traditional foods, salads and desserts also. Second thing is the airport information system should be moved to LCD displaying the flight status, its look very old that no flight status in CIP lounge. Third thing is smoking lounge should be there with will equipped equipment for wentillation. Lastly the most important thing is the staff training they should be well trained as they encounter most of the time foreigners so they should behave in a way as required not ask for the tip money. Overall its a good place and i hope after these few improvments it will be best.

The snacks should have more variety. Staff approachable and well mannered.

Feel good while hectic traveling

For $10 per person it is an upgrade compared to the seating area around the gates. The bathrooms need modern fixtures. The airport and the lounge are already showing signs of wear and tear and need improvements and upgrades. The staff is courteous and accommodating.

One of my favourite place to add on when you are travelling through pakistan. Staff is very prificient and attentive to the guests plus services meet the guest need. Varity of food available and charming location to relax on the above level of international airport of lahore. Love to spend time over there.

Its too expensive, changes increased almost double, very poor quality food, refilling very poor, very limited items, and are only for tea. Service are very poor, staff non cooperative. Its shameful for us to run such CIP lounge, requested to upgrade it, with quality food and service

Great place to spend some time

The Lounge needs extensive attention and improved Food Quality. Although over the past 10 months they have improved to some extent, but it still large room for improvement.

AC wasnt working, no place to sit, washrooms should be improved and also the snacks

No space at all. We were moved to another Club lounge and that was also full with limited snacks.

Above average lounge

This is a poorly managed facility. The ceanliness level & the customer service is of low standards. Food items are also sub-standard. Pest control is desirable. Toilets need to be upgraded.This place needs to be revamped completely.

Id give less than 1 star if I could.The images showed loungers. Yes, there were a few but all taken.Most of floor space was taken by conventional chairs.So I paid all that money to sit in chairs which I could do for free in airport. And buffet food. Which was alright, but I could have got the same for a third of the price in airport.

I have used this lounge 3 times. I have free access. Its good for a couple of hours prior to your flight as sofas are comfy and wifi is complimentary. Dont expect much food. If you are hungry then head to mr COD instead. Basic tea coffee and basic snacks are provided. The snacks are ok by pakistani standards. cold drinks are avaialble. The lounge also has a departures board screen to keep you updated on your flight.

Never pay to get in. A total sham. Wi-Fi is good but for USD 15, u can wait till you get onboard. Refreshments are of very poor quality. Sofas are fine and there are washrooms.
