If you have come here for Japanese cuisine then it is one of the best place in town to try sushi. Quality service and food taste.. Also the ambiance is great.

Great ambiance in the restaurant hall. Great food/service. However, a couple of staff needs to be trained for better customers handling, and with a professional & smiling attitude, as their body language was observed to be rather rude and harsh. Else, all looks good.

Nice place in Johar town. Out side sitting well managed, good food and nice environment.

Due to Covid SOPs, they have outdoor sitting and in this cold weather they dont have enough heating. Food is great though.

Last year went to gulberg branch , but JT one is very close to my place. Very spacious as compared to gulberg, plenty of places to park. Quick service and table allocation. First of all the food, it was Amazing! The taste, the presentation, the quantity. All impressive. The value is also good. Its not super expensive. The ambiance felt nice and the service was alright. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 star rating is because of the painful delay when we asked them to bring us the bill. They made us wait for about half an hour before bringing the bill after we were done eating despite of us requesting for it multiple times.

Finally a proper restaurant serving Asian cuisine in this part of Lahore. All precautions for Covid-19 were being implemented along with social distancing. The food was very good. Loved the calamari and honey glazed. The ambiance was really good as well.

Tooo expensive respected to prices and ambiance..

Had it for the first time the Kung pao chicken was very vinegary we had to ask them to change it after a while they brought it back but there was seriously no change in it but they did give us complementary noodles which I think wasnt good too..... the dumplings, mint margarita, drum stick and a few other things were good thats the only reason I gave them a 3 star!! our bill was Rs 41,000 but dont think the food was worth that amount!

Novu has beaten everyother chinese in lahore like yums, chang sho, pF chang, mei kong, ricebowl and the wok.The quantity and quality of its producte are amazing.Simply one of the best restaurant in Lahore for chineese cuisine and is pretty economical with 600 per head

It is a very good place to have a quality meal in Johar Town. I visited it 2 days ago with my friend and we really enjoyed their food and ambience as well. The taste was fantastic the food quality and taste was very good. We tried their soup and chicken fried rice with novu special chicken. Also attaching photos of the food. This is must visit place for family. You might to wait little bit as they have more visitors than their seating capacity.

Novus third branch in Lahore, this is the newest to open. Its located near Thokar Niaz Baig just next to Al Fatah. Surprisingly, its way better than their Gulberg branch. In particular, the decor and the ambience is amazing. I loved this full-wall painting. Do check it out.Food seems to taste better. Pretty standard Novu fare. But better than Gulberg. Food seems to have many levels of taste rolled together. The taste palette changes over time and grows on you. Definitely the work of an amazing chef.Service is just terrific. Very courteous, friendly staff. Very professional and efficient. 10/10 for service!Cost: About Rs. 1,200 to 1,500 per head - Depending on what you order. Sushi platters go for between 1,800 and 3,800 and range from 8 to 16 pieces.Strongly recommended!

Ordered novu special, I had a fly in my food. The color of my plate (black) and that of the fly were the same. One friend got food poisoning by drum sticks (simplest thing on the menu). And one got diarreha.

I love Novu. The food, ambiance, and paintings on the wall; everything is exquisite. The oriental vibe pervades you.We had their sushi platters, crispy beef and Novu special beef and everything was scrumptious.The Pepsi with lime gave our food the sweetness and zest too.

The taste was good, during COVID 19 they do not support dine in only takeaway, delivery and deliver in car service is available, taste is good and prices was reasonable.

The food was excellent... Bit we went against the waiters recommendation and ordered the special chicken that was tooooo hot for our tastebuds... The starter chicken wings was sooo good... Thats coming from someone who doesnt even like wings in general... But after the sky high spice levels of the special the desert certainly calmed but taste buds down... Overall a nice cozy little place that usually doesnt have enough room to fit the crowds waiting outside... Prices are on the higher side but lunch deals are really good

This part of town was missing a nice Chinese eatery. I am glad novu took the lead. I tried dynamite prawns, novu special chicken and crispy beef with sesame sauce, though it was on the sweeter side but tasted good. Service is pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend.

It was my first visit at Novu. Had heard good things about it. Ordered hot n sour soup, sweet n sour chicken, chicken with cashew nuts, chicken with garlic sauce and vegetable chowmein. The gravies were not delicious at all. They were pheeki. Chicken or sweet n sour was a little undercooked. Soup was okay. Crackers were so bad and not fresh at all. Disappointed!

Food is alright. Prices are on the higher side. A much better seating arrangement here as compared to their original restaurant in DHA.

Im not sure what has happened to Novus taste, it used to be best when they had only one small branch in DHA, since then it has started deteriorating. The ambience and decor is similar to Gulberg branch and is great.The food quality and serving size is good but the taste is lost which Im not sure why. They need to improve on it.

Its unclear whether they were having a bad day in the kitchen or if this is just what their recipes are like but this is place is a hard pass.Each dish appeared to be doused in the same ketchup-based gravy with no standout flavors or ingredient quality to justiy the hefty bill at the end for a 3 person dinner.Ive had far better in the same price range ($$$) and cuisine (desi Chinese). Even Bamboo Union is better.
