Very disappointing. The quality of food has severely dropped. The soups were bland, thick and clumpy. The Caesar salad consisted of big chunks of lettuce with sauce just dumped on it. No finesse, no seasoning. The pizza too was not as good as before since both the number and quality of toppings seems to have been reduced. The lasagne, one of the things they usually do quite well, wasn’t being offered.The entire experience was a let down. We will not be coming here again.

The interior of Pantry is good but the standard of food not upto the mark....the scale was too less that you have to keep in mind while ordering anything....the prices are on higher end of the scale....It has less covered area available and there is no worthwhile views of the surroundings except their outdoor common seating, shared by all the coffee shops. In winters they place tall gas lamps that gives the place a very unique atmosphere for having coffee late at night. Their pizza had some strange thin crust dough which I was even unable to cut into pieces with some terrible kin of sauces. If you are in search of some good healthy salad, then you would find a good range here. You may find much better eateries than this in its neighbourhood

Very disappointing service. we ordered takeout and were told it will take 15min. after 30min when we inquired a waiter without stopping answered us it will take 5 more min. after 10min we asked another employee about the order, who apparently was the manager, said i will check and disappeared. we saw people who arrived after us wete getting food served. Finally we went to counter and asked again about the order and how disappointing their service is, the manager apologized and blamed the waiters that they told the wrong wait time. i was more disappointed at how the manager disappearance after he said he will check on our order and instead of accepting his mistake blamed the other employees.i have never seen this extreme casual attitude towards customers.Food was great though however i would not return to a service like this.

Went here for the first time but it sure will be the last time.They have absolutely terrible customer service we have ever experienced in a restaurant of such status.We had to chase after the waiters to place our order for take out and was told it would take 10 to 15 mins.After a good 30 mins I inqured about our order from 3 different waiters who were casually strolling around and all replied with Sir 5 more mins. We complained to the manager who gave us the same reply as the others that our Flatbread pizza takes 30 mins to prep.We had to wait over 40 mins for order.Customer service 0/10Food 8/10Would recommend if someone is looking for a quick takeout.

The Pantry by the Polo Lounge is one fine place to dine-in. The interior is really beautiful and classic and gives a soothing shade of brightness inside. I only managed to taste the dessert but Im sure the other food items should be also wonderful in taste. The ambiance is good and the customer service is satisfying.

My first choice if I want to visit a cafe. Everything is so perfect and finely served. The guy at the cash counter is amazing. He offered free sweats when I went with my newborn Mr. Waliullah... N that was special, prior to that and since then I am their regular customer. I often invite my friends there for meet up.

Love love love their potato salad, and their beef brisket is amazing. Their cucumber and chicken salad is zesty, fresh and has a little hint of spice.Its also a great place for breakfast if youre a morning person.I love their service, cleanliness and peach ice tea.

Went there after a long time. Had a very bad experience overall. There were only 2 waiters inside the lounge, and were totally exhausted because of the rush. The seafood chowder was smelly. The salad was stale. The waiters didnt know how to lay the cutlery, so he just literary threw them randomly on the table. on a table where we were 4 people there were 2 different types of glassware. And they serve only Pepsi/7-Up. The bill was 5000 Rs. For the amount they charge, the food and service was not worth it.

So the sitting is classic great place to go with friends and family. Their broccoli salad is one of a kind and also their margherita pizza that is one special pizza. Their burgers were not that good . They had no taste but only the burgers rest of the food was amazing .

The Pantry is arguably one of the finer eateries in Lahore. Virtually all their branches are amazing. This remains true for their Emporium branch.Very well designed; Decor is tastefully selected; Service is great; A wonderful assortment of European delicacies are available here. The star for The Pantry would be their Quinoa salad. Yes, thats right! A salad! Just the best in town. No one else renders Quinoa like these guys.That tells you something else as well. They have a healthy blend of healthy options for the health conscious!Recommended!

Paid 840 +tax for pulled chicken sandwich. The effort and thought put in the meal can be assessed from the picture. Apparently coleslaw or fries are too expensive, they throw in half a packet of Lay’s. The sandwich itself was pretty substandard. Pickles and traces of chicken dipped in mayo!The waiters vanished after putting the plate on my table. Had to walk in to remind them for cutlery and tissue papers. It wasn’t rush hour even. 10am on a weekday with empty tables!

Disappointed!!! Ordered the famous Classic Cheesecake from @thepantrybythepololounge. Not Recommended, not even worth the price.Nutella Hot Chocolate didn’t had any Nutella in it. Just some Water-based Chocolate Milk with a Marshmallow topped.

Really great food quality, healthy menu. The salads and sandwiches are awesome. Very courteous staff. All salads in the menu wont be available though, 2-4 of them will be available on a daily basis, prepared fresh.

The pantry has some amazing food: grilled sandwich and jalapenos pizza. We ordered plain fries but found it too less a serving for 135rs! Also the service was slow, had to be pushed to get us whatever we needed. We tried chocolate muffin and sticky toffee date cake, the former was definitely worth trying, the latter not recommended.

Love love this place. Ambiance is top notch. Food fits well with a health conscious person like me. Best salads and grilled sandwiches.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. This includes everyone from the waiters to the managers. They dont know how to seat their customers properly and take way too long to even start the ordering-taking process. They seem to lack even the basic etiquettes of customer service.The food is bland and oily and prices are way too much for the quality of food that you get. Their beef dishes somehow seem raw, dry and tasteless. Their sandwiches are soggy and very much underwhelming. Youre better off going to one of the restaurants/cafes next to this badly managed over priced place.

One of my favourite places in lahore. Its jalapeno pizza is to die for. Its my constant since the restaurant has opened. Great atmosphere. Great food. However some of the waiters are rude and arrogant. They need a more polite customer service group as I go there often but the attitude of few of the waiters is just annoying.

The pastries are very good but the salty food is very disappointing and overpriced. We paid 2500Rs (15€!!!) for 2 club sandwiches, a (big) salad (which was pretty small compared to its name) and 2 sodas. It seems to be the place for the rich Pakistanis to show of!

Their Salads, Teas, Sandwiches, Burgers etc., everything tastes great, service is great as well.You typically have to go to the counter to place your order instead of a waiter coming to you for it. This is something that many people dislike and I have seen people leaving the restaurant over it. But if you can respect their tradition, then you will be greeted by some of the best Salads and premium taste overall. Rates are also pretty reasonable for the quality and ambiance they offer.Overall, a premium for experience place!

Great food spot but now missing out on competition - nothing new on the menu

Really great taste. Been there only once but would love to visit again. Place is little congested not recommended for big gatherings or formal events. Really good place for friends get together. Sandwiches here are great. Chicken jalapeno sandwitch and new york cheese cake is great.

Closed today because of the PFA (Pakistan Food Authority). I wonder why?

The outside sitting was exceptional however the indoor was a chaotic one as it was not responsive as it should have been. Overall it was a good experience anyway.

This is a great place for ready made salads and cold sandwiches. They do have an excellent assortment of hot sandwiches as well to suit individual preferences. Good if you are looking for a quick bite in a casual yet trendy place.

Equipped with the best salads in town, the Polo Lounge also has a reasonable assortment of sandwiches. While the Beef Brisket is somewhat of an anomaly in terms of taste, I prefer to order it each time. The seating area is limited and mostly full during lunch hours. Parking can sometimes be a challenge as its a busy food street with many restaurants within Mall-1 and the adjacent Mall-94.

Breakfast is really good. The waffles are a must try. Their her bed tossed fries, roasted potato salad and herb bashed potatoes are really good. But I thought that there pizzas are a bit over rated. I found them just fine...you can find better ones in the city. Generally I would say its a good place for breakfast and brunches or if you want something light to grab

So weve always liked the breakfast at Pantry but this time it was a really ordinary experience. Eggs were NOT done the way they should be and seems like the quantities have shrunk down. French toast was good though.

First of all let me start by saying they hve changed the size of the glass for mint margarita. It comes in a very thin glass so the amount is very less. Cheap tactic number 1.Secondly we ordered three main food items one of which was a pizza. They always served with pesto sauce whenever we asked. But this time when i asked for it they said that there are extra charges and are chef has said NO. Cheap tactic number 2. I mean you guys are running a big resataurant and you cant serve ur customer with just a tiny serving of their desired sauce and your chef hs no curteousy and manners. I was sooo disappointed. Sometimes its not just the taste of the food that disappoints you but the attitude of the staff as well. Tht we liked pantry soo much but bcz of this incident literally i felt very bad. You should train your staff for customer service first. U guys have such a putting off and negative attitude.

If you are into spicy food this place is probably not meant for you . The pricing is reasonable but then the servings are a little smaller than average. The waffle was reeeeaaallly gooood. And the service was also super quick.
