Visited yesterday with family. Very friendly and professional staff.Usually we had a little bad experience with KFC especially with their MM Alam branch but this time it was totally different.Good was properly cooked. We tried their tried chicken along with fries and rice and spice.Overall it was a good experience. With visiting.

Very fresh food that tasted how kfc should taste

I visited MOL food court on a week day in afternoon time the food court was almost filled with young boys and girls nice atmosphere i would say with KFC.BURGER King And PRIMOO pizza available as eating options last but no the least the reason why i went in there was to take my kids to the play area(HUMPTY DUMPTY) which is indeed very economical ...my kids enjoyed the place and food..

They are very cooperative and their food quality is much better than others

I am a old fan of KFC and their flavorful meals. But the quality has dropped over a period of time. Burgers have decreased in size and there is very less salad in between them, its mostly filled with mayo.Over all better than others.

Nice food and other items with upper normal range prices, the problem is that there different branches have different taste. That is a big annoying thing actually.

Lazy staff. I have never seen attentive and quick staff in any of their restaurants.

Pathetic food quantity and quality. They are simply robbing people. The chicken pieces I ordered had all the flour crust on them, and the inside chicken - or crow - whether they sell was next to nothing. Thumbs down all the way.

Horrible horrible experience. They sent us our order 2 hours late and it was cold and missing chips. And then the manager misbehaved.
