Its a reasonable in price, have a good service for delivery offices and home.

Good experience with branch manager. He is humble and nice personality.Overall pizza is good. More improvement is required in following recipe.

Nice and calm diniing space. No rush or hurry to leave the space for others. However no salad buffets which was sad but serving with very limited variety and quantity of Salad.

We oder 3 regular pizza and 4 cold drink 7up 345 ml per bottle charge 100 rupees in bill and not give me bill and show reason system down I hope pizza hut management action this act.

I dont know why the taste is not as good as we enjoy in other outlets.....

Feeling sorry for the franchise they couldnt maintain the standard of the food quality. Due to lockdown, they opted to close the franchise rather then to make the most out of it.

Worst experience so far, when I reached to place order, electricity went out and they didnt have standby generator, have to come back home empty handed, ruined my evening, cant imagine its possible that an international chain doesnt have standby generator in Karachi.

Pizza hutt never fails to disappoint. A new brnch opend at maymaar. A single decent pizza.. but they dnt have a pentary to feed the customer.. there fav8 sentence is we dnt have it.. really sucks. Nevr evr going back

Their service is TERRIBLE I ordered my pizza at 5:45 and they said i would get it in 30 minutes but instead i got it 7:58 the pizza i ordered was a super supreme XL but instead they sent me a medium in a XL box ,and the pizza was cold with no ketchup~Not Recommended if you want to give your self a tasteless pizza instead of a good quality one

Food quality is good but service is not so good... They open @12 pm while it is clearly mentioned on google that they open @11 am... If someone arrives a bit early they dont let them sit in and make them wait outside...

Worst experience that one could have!While staying at dreamworld for the night, we decided to have our dinner here.We reached here at 10pm, it was almost 70% filled in. After waiting for almost 75 minutes, we werent served.Absolutely third-class service, the order takers were absolutely worst and the staff was too much below average. They didnt serve us the plates, even the cutlery was served after our so many reminders. We ordered pizzas and wings, the wings didnt even get served after 75 minutes!!The airconditioner was out of order, the tables were a mess (non hygienic), the serving was absolutely below average, they even ran out of dough!This was the last time I visited pizza hut, goodbye. My journey of 15years+ relationship with you guys comes to an end. I wish there was a way i could give this branch and the staff a zero rating instead of 1/5 cause even this is over rated for you people.I have not even written half of what mess you guys led us through, ruining our perfect dinnet time for us.#NeverComingAgainThis branch is NOT recommended. Absolutely NO!

In gulshan maymar first famous pizza shop.taste and food quality is too good.

Very bad pizza and there was no proper cheese and no proper taste as per flavour all three pizzas seems same flavour and beef pizza flavour was not available and salad bar was also no variety and infact no proper salad bar and there was no baby chair available for babies and no food variety for baby as well.

Had terrible experience .We went there with kids at around 10 PM. Staff informed US to wait as Restuarant was full and vacant places were not fit to sit cause of rain few seating places were drenched in Water as the roof was leaking and other place where we sat a.c was not working. We waited for half an hour then we got place and wanted to place order but staff told us that cheese is finished and they have send someone to buy it and it will only take 20 minutes. However , at 11.15 we left The place cz cheese they ordered had yet to come. We had a terrible time cleanliness , general upkeep of Restuarant was terrible. Can not recommend anyone to go there.

This branch is located at gulshan e maymar. We went there for dinner probably for iftar. The branch was not as good as the usual pizza hut one like. But the best part was that actually there was something good in that area. The food was as usual the taste was good and i like the location.

The worst experience ever.. dont go to this place if you dont wanna waste time yo. First their ac rarely works and their are no fans. Then their service.. their system has prablems and they asked us to wait in such a hot place while they fix their system.. WE pay so much for their service and food but they treat us like this? Basil says hi. If i could put zero stars i would but i cannot so it is a 1 from me.. or less nat good

So I called pizza hut to ask if they would deliver to us who kind live next door but they refused so I had to go and get the pizza by myself
