Pizza hut is always Love but we were there last year before lockdown and our experience was so bad. We ordered this train pizza but the guy said that you dont have choice for other flavours in this deal because train pizza is only available in 3 flavours. So we ordered this pizza but 2 out 3 flavours are pathetic that ruined our mood and all this pizza.Train pizza is a combination of 3 pizzas and if you want other flavour than you have to pay extra for this

For some reason the pizza there is better than those at other Pizza Huts in Dubai or the US. The food is good and the staff attentive. I do think they need to fix the place up. It looks old and worn out. That being said the food is good.

Pathetic ambience. Worn out tables, menus etc. AC not working.I was disgusted to the point that i walked off from the restaurant.

Pizza served was hot. Garlic bread was also well done. Ketchup bottles are refilled so many times that they lost their utility. Cap of these bottles are loose. Size of Pizza is shrinking. Pizza Hut need to rethink pricing strategy to compete with rising local Pizza outlets

Very bad experience first of all we had to move tables thrice for no reason secondly there was noone to take our orders and the person who came wasnt serious at all we had to wait around an hour for our order and the taste of the pizza was not up to the mark. The atmosphere was very hot and the air conditioner was not working making it very hard to eat and sir there.

Gross Inedible pizzas with uncooked doughs. No sauces and glue like mockery of a cheese. Did not even have sauce on it.

Staff was not good .we leave restaurant without dinner I never see resturent staff like pizzahut dirty water out side premisses staff was talking with each other but no one came to take order.ni rush in resturent we are only in.Never recommend go to this restaurant.

The air-con wasnt working. It was sweaty inside cas of this. No sanitizer was available. Staff took ages to clean a table for us. Food quality has also deteriorated immensely. Over all a really poor state of affairs.

The atmosphere is horrible, washrooms worse than youd find anywhere and I mean it, the tables were horrible, the seating is horrible, tables disgusting and not cleaned and upon asking the waiter informed us that its the tables colour not actually anything wrong with it, the pizza is usually not this bad but from this branch was visibly undercooked from the crust!

Deals is so good nd environment is likeable to everyone.

Right in front of restaurant is an open gutter, which is definitely not the fault of restaurant, but it restricts parking. Although valet parking facility is provided.

Pizza Hut, the best case study for business students. The pionners of pizza business in Pakistan introduced their brand in early 90s but unfortunately they didnt able to maintain the same quality they used to offer in their early days. Therefore Pizza Hut is not the preferred option for the pizza lovers now a days. As they have some other good option available.

Taste was like local restaurant and filling of chicken was very little. I dont know what happened with pizza hut.

Road is not good, filled with rain water and service was poor, ac was also not working properly.

If this place was anywhere else in the world it would be shutdown. Table and chairs were greasy and filthy. Cutlery wasnt even washed properly. There was no hand sanitizer neither for staff or customers. There wasnt a dispenser outside toilet or in the kitchen. Basically if you want bacteria and germs based stomach diseases then go out and eat on a thayla it would be much cleaner. The service painfully slow and the food itself was awful. Worst Pizza hut branch in the world.

The super train is I guess the best value for money where pizzas are concerned

Pathetic customer service, the manager(or one of the leading staff with name Asfan or similar name) of boat basin branch is so rude and has zero communication and management skills .He made blunders in orders and had audacity to tell me repeatedly that YOU can complain whatever you want...you can cancel and leave the order after making me wait 30 mins instead of being kind & apologetic. His tone , his language, his gestures all makes me doubt the skills of HR management of Pizza hut .Never visiting this place again.

Average service with less capabilities to handel rush times...Needs to match taste with main outlets..e.g never found Afghani Tikka of same taste as usually find in other outlets ...neither garlic breads...yet being Pizza Hut so have to go back here in search of some betterment everytime u are in BTL..

Pizza Hut is in very bad shape.. They were not able to coup up with the guests expectations. The entire place was too warm and the cooling system was not working. Many tables left because of this. The pizza served was cold. Very disappointing.

Very crowded, some of the staff i.e waiters are unprofessional and lack basic training. Pizza was not bad but the awful service gave us a headache.

I visited their new Branch at Boat Basin (formerly TGIF). The pizzas were fresh and different from other branches, the staff was also very friendly. I would recommend ordering any flavours that dont have a Pakistani taste to it.

The service was pathetic! The people around us were shouting. We got one pizza after 20 mins, the other literally after another 30 mins, while we ordered both together. The people around us were shouting, the environment was so unpleasant. Even the quality of the food has degraded. The music they played was just adding to the noise and I didnt even feel like eating anything because of all this. Also, their furniture is weathered and super uncomfortable

I would say their new pizza “super train” is good and their taste is improving but what is still bad is their service. Pathetic service by workers at Pizza Hut. They don’t take work seriously and just because of taste, I gave 3 stars otherwise it would be hardly one.

With time, their taste has declined!! And the service as well.

We went in the late afternoon (3pm) and it was almost empty save for three date type couples. The place was not well lit and has a worn out look. You order at a small counter at the entrance more like a hat check counter. The service was good. We ordered s small pizza with diet drinks and were told that we could order for same price a combo that meant two small pizzas. Great. We ate super supreme and took the spare one for our chauffeur. If we were not engrossed in out discussions we may not have stayed long as it was a gloomy place. I am told it has shifted a block down from its place which had suffered a fire incident.

I visited boat basin branch today & experience its new pizza namely train , it was good but as far as its management is concern there is only one waahroom at the said branch. There should be seperate washroom facility for both the gents & ladies....

Dwindling taste levels when compared to previous years. They change good deals quick enough taking them out of affordable range. Staff conduct is not up to mark. Probably, manavement doesnt seem serious enough to sustain international hospitality standards.

I had bad experience last night.The place I was sitting was warm the Ac was not working the atmosphere was very bad and un cleaned .The food was delivered on time but quality was very bad it.I ordered looong train deal in which I have choose flavours were chilli chicken chicken tikka supreme chicken fajita.the inly flavour that I liked was chilli chicken the rest of two flavours were tasteless.Couldnt believe it was chicken fajiata it had too much vegetables and they were not placed proper.I wouldnt recommend going there even the manager was just sitting there and not looking at the food

One of most famous and first introduced (oldest) pizza brand in Pakistan. I have visited in lunchtime so was not crowded and car parking space was available but in peak times parking will be an issue. Service was very slow although pizza is tasty.
