Good place good environment but outside kfc there is not enough parking place.. kfc is good but expensive for middle class

They have proper Corona SOPs in place. The service is efficient and courteous. The best part was that they have employed special people... I saw two deaf and dumb people who were cleaning the tables and attending to the customers.

This is hands down the best KFC branch in karachi! Freshest food everytime. To be honest, before eating at this branch i had stopped eating KFC in Pakistan altogether, as the taste and freshness of food were not on par with the taste and quality of food of KFC i was used to while living abroad. However the boat basin branch has made me a fan again and i dont miss a chance to eat here when Im nearby. Well done to the staff and management of the boat basin KFC for keeping things fresh and renewing my taste buds for KFC!

KFC of course is head and shoulders above every other outlets of Snacks as Fried chicken or Chicken Burgers etc .. and 15 December last night was with real chilly cool breezing evening , we preferred KFC boat basin branch and the deal of Chicken Boxes with burgers was enough to satiate the family of 4 to enjoy with hot meal plan .. the virus closures enforcement made us to sit against the windy evening , the cold light drinks made the evening more dreamy to leave the beautiful weather and towards home sweet home .. but the KFC Fried chicken was really good memorable experience .. Wow !!

Due to Covid you would find seatings outside the restaurant with average arrangments. Zinger and Chicken is always best at KFC

They used to be the go to place but now they have lost their charm.

Staff is very friendly and deserves 5 star, please is very neat and clean also deserves 5 star. I had higher expectations for food, it fell short.

Zingeratha is a fail!!!!I would rather have a normal grill beef/chicken roll rather than having the zinge worth 250 pkr or so from kfc. A failed innovation. Kfc should stick to doing what they re good at!

I placed an order for take away. I received a call regarding my order while I was enroute to the outlet. The satff at the counter was very courteous and my order was given to my almost immediately.

What a food. Had such a good food in years.

Food was great. But their staff was not following COVID-19 SOPs.

We love KFCs wings but this experience was awful. The crust was tasteless, thick and raw from the inside that shows a sloppy and lazy job. Chicken wasnt as good either. Boat basin branch sucks.

I went recently and noticed that KFC has revamped from the tired-looking outlet this was before. Kid-friendly, fast service, and nice seating. The bathroom was a bit iffy, but that might be because of the kids... Haha :-)

Top notch quality food is served in this branch only. All other branches are nothing compared to the boat basin one. Was amazed at the high quality of Arabian rice being freshly served along with other items on the menu. 5 stars for this branch only!

Love kfc chicken, the twister, the wings bucket etcthe burgers are on the dry side and have lost weight over the yearsthe coffee is goodthere is a play area for small kids here alsousually there is parking available and the service is fairly decentkfc is, i feel, more value for money than some similar placeson the other hand, perhaps they need to add some items to make the budget meals a lil more filling

The service was really slow for some reason. It took exactly half an hour for the order to be prepared. Most of the staff seemed busy in preparing the orders to be delivered rather than attend people in the restaurant.

They have improved the taste

They have remodelled this outlet which is now looking very trendy and cool. Service is quick and staff is friendly. They even have a disabled staff to serve, which is a good example of good social responsibility. Ample parking available. All sort of payment mode acceptable.However they have now reduced the play area space for kids.But overall good for quick fast food

Right so it was very mismanaged restaurant. I think they have no idea how to handle busy situations. Imagine dining in waiting time was over 30 minutes and to place an order you got to wait for the guy whos serving food and drinks to people and then he has to run to take order. I mean in the weekend everyone knows its busy and the manager should act accordingly. Overall it was an okay experience.
