Lovely setup keeping in mind the spacing and open air requirements for a COVID-19 environment. Even outside pandemic, this place would be great in evening breeze of Karachi, and some arrangements for summer could be made as well.Food as expected from Cocochan was excellent.

Cold night and Pan Asian food craving led us to Cocochan, Boat Basin. Their restaurant is placed near Bella Vitta and is easy to find. Ambience was superb with outdoor heaters to control temperature. We ordered birds nest chicken, crispy beef, and dynamite prawns. Food was good, but their crispy beef was full of corn stratch with little to no beef. Only thing due to which we are giving one less star to the restaurant is their customer service. We called them several times in the afternoon for a reservation but there was no response. When finally one of their representatives attended our call, he flatly refused our reservation by saying that they are full, you can try walk-in. At night when we reached there, we were surprised to see that almost half of the restaurant was vacant.They should definitely work on their response to calls and maybe try setting up call waiting.

Food was good, as ever, but they were out of desert? I was like seriously? No desert? They said you could try bella vita lol. service is good but the keep forgetting the tables.

I visited yesterday and the manager at reception didnt bother to talk. Totally mismanaged and they didnt even had waiting list. People on reference were sent inside. Such horrible experience.

What a mess. They dont have rite management for booking and reservation. Sad.
