Best Japanese and thai food buffet in Karachi with foods ranging from shushi to shashimi ectFood is good but overpriced and not worth the price of 3500

Food was good service was a bit slow may be because they started buffet.. but thats 3500 plus tax...taste wonderful and ambience is all time favorite..Highly recommended

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! One of the worst restaurants in town. The sushi was disgusting and stale and so was the other food we ordered. Never going back there again. Overpriced and not at all worth it. Not to mention your food has made me sick! Not recommended, usually Japanese restaurants are much better but this somehow is pathetic.

Went their to try this sushi hype out. Not my cup of tea though the food was quite nice

Good food with enough variety for everyone, though i am not a big fan of sea foods and sushi, but they have enough variety for everyone alike, sushi was good and not stale as some of the people have reviewed. The view from the window is breathtaking. One less star because the receptionist their really need some training on customer services. Rest was all cool

We went for the weekend buffet with the family. The food quality is good. Fresh sushi, great cuts of meat for the teppenyaki. The tempura left something to be desired.The service and the servers are reall wonderful.Theres great views of the city from its 17th floor location if you are lucky enough to a get a window seat.Its Rs 4000 per head inclusive of taxes and drinks approximately. Thats about USD 25.Good value considering the ala carte options on weekdays.If Arsalan is serving you, your dining experience will be even better.

Excellent japanese cuisine. Live cooking on the counter. Great view of the city from the roof top. Great variety of all kind of meat, vegetables and seafood. Buffet on fridays and weekends. Little expensive but definitely worth the money.

Wonderful top of the roof restaurant which is air conditioned and not open suitable for all round Karachi weather. You can see boundaries where earth meets the sky from 3 sides.Quite authentic Japanese cooking one may find here. Chef is wonderful. Serving staff is all smiles.

One of the best Sushi place in Karachi. On weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) they have all you can eat buffet. Unlimited, sushi, shashmi, tepenyaki, humumgus prawn tempuras etc etc. There are 35+ dishes & all are awesome. Rs 3500+ tax price is high, but worth every penny for the sushi lovers. Service is also top class. All in all. I would rate Fujiyama higher than Sakura.

The all you can eat sushi buffet is one of the best Ive seen. Their fried prawns are seasoned to perfections. And the tepenyaki is wonderful. All things are made in front of you. Good experience and good value for money if youre a sushi lover!

Fujiyama was a wonderful experience. Fresh and delicious food with excellent service. Mr Nadeem Khan and his team made the experience comfortable and ensured everything was well taken care of.

Dont know how to describe in words, amazing place and the place where from i started my cooking journey, i like theirs teriyaki sauce. And delicious teppanyaki. Of course they have best Sushi in town.

A great place to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Nice ambiance. View of Karachi from that height is unmatched. An expensive experience. Service needs to improve. When the service team enjoy their job and have a passion for it, the guests can feel the difference. And believe me it makes a world of difference.

Fujiyama is probably the best Japanese experience you can get in Karachi. I know that specifically sushi-wise, Sakura takes the cake, and rightly-so, but Ive always felt more comfortable in Fujiyama due to a few reasons:1. The service. No matter when Ive gone there, the service has always been phenomenal at Fujiyama. There is always someone to greet you and find you a seat, and always someone who will say goodbye as you leave. The staff have also gone out of their way to help us.get seats on very busy nights, which is really something seeing as how much rush can build up. Its the small acts of kindness that make the biggest difference.2. The variety of food. As incredible as Sakuras food may be, I feel as if Fujiyama does offer a wider variety of dishes, but STILL maintains a high-quality consistency in everything they make.3. The buffet. This is what really makes a difference. The weekend buffets at Fujiyama are a delight, and even though its quite pricey, you get a true buffet experience with unlimited sushi, starters, main courses and desserts. If you ever want to try out a true Fujiyama experience, definitely go on the buffet days!No restaurant is perfect though. There have been times when certain things become unavailable during the buffet, or certain hiccups in the food that we ordered, but they always make up for it in one way or another. Overall, definitely give this place a try at least once, especially on weekend Buffet nights. Its a brilliant experience overall.

Excellent & authentic Japanese cuisine served at Fujiyama, the Japanese Restaurant of Avari Hotel& Tower. I enjoyed the assorted sushi & mangi, ginger rice, beef teriyaki & fish teriyaki. The ambience is good too with pictures of Japanese cuisine on the walls.

Bad experience..Visited on 01/11/2019 for dinner buffet..Service was extremely disappointing.Had to repeatedly go upto the servers and ask for everything as nobody showed any interest in serving us.Food was mediocre and sushi bar had limited variety.For a restaurant charging so much they really need to improve.Overall very bad experience..wouldnt recommend.

Great experience especially tourists who doesnt know where to go for dinner. There might be mosquitoes sometimes but dont remember timing. But worth to try.

Fujiyama is a great restaurant that often gets overlooked. It has arguably the best restaurant views of the Karachi city at night, great food and decent serving sizes. The lobster tempura is well worth a try along with the well made teriyaki and teppenyaki dishes. Sushi also rivals the best in town.

Beef tatake is undoubtedly the best Ive tried in Pakistan. Suchimi was just what I was looking for. Teppenyaki was a bit overcooked. A bit pricey but not disappointing.

Mediocre food and ok ambience. I wish they would clean up this place and spruce it up. It looks really dated and like a relic from the 90s.Ordered the express lunch menu and a salad on the side. Waiter failed to mention that the set menu has the EXACT SAME SALAD. Thanks for that ...Sushi was slimy and not the best. Prawn chilli was good and the gyoza was decent

Fantastic as usual. Its like home away from home.

Priced at Rs 3,200 + tax per head, Fujiyamas is a hit and miss. They have expanded their menu with a few extra types of sushis since my last visit over a year ago. The dim sum is gone and replaced by gyozas which didnt look appetizing at all. An extra type of salad, edamame, crispy maki, tuna tataki and beef tataki are new on the display. The Sashimis were primarily local snapper and tuna and freshness wasnt priority here. There was no salmon sashimi but the chef was able to fetch some for us from the kitchen on a lovely display - please see the pics. Nigris and Makis were primarily, crab, tempura prawn and local tuna again. On the hot buffet the teppanyaki and teriyaki were very unappealing so we barely tried it, while the prawn tempura was quite good. Deserts were continental. I would recommend that for similar sized bill, one can weigh in on an alacarte option at competing establishments
