Their taste varies all the time, sometime its very good, sometimes its not.Wait times are too long.If youre a chicken burger guy, you should try their Doppler once.

Oh yeah burger lab!Well reason me giving 5 starts are based on my previous two. But review is based on current trip.These guys have some of the best burgers till the day this review was posted. Hopefully in futures as well. However this time I observed the chicken was bit hard not juicy the way it was. But I am still satisfied with the overall taste. I am very picky when it comes to fast food this place is one of the the the best for burger.LoL make sure you prepared for lab result next day in bathroom.Hahahahahaha

Burger lab is a good place for fast food lovers. Ambi is good and food quality and taste wise awesome.

Its fries were good but burgers were not tasty at all and its North Karachi branch i.e. at 5star Chowrangi needs to improve its standards and interior too.

Good experience neat clean environment self service but the test is not as hyped especially of quadra although its huge but not that testy Doppler was good both test and size ,firehouse was also good

Food was good before, but the place has lost its charm. The do not accept cards which is a big flaw.

I have good expereince. Always go to outlet. Fire house is my most fvt. They serve hot fresh burgers. Much much better then KFC and Burger O clock as they used to serve cold burgers.

Nice burger lovely environment

Ordered a delivery through Foodpanda on 20 August 2018. Pathetic burger. Small piece of almost raw chicken, no sauce (the ketchup in the photo was spread by me out of a Knorr sachet), ONE piece of tomato, no lettuce and a few bits of onion. I ordered grilled chicken, it came half uncooked. The taste was inexcusably bad for a burger so well advertised in the foodpanda app. See the first photo for the advertised product, and second and third photo for the monstrosity i received. Oh, and it cost 410PKR plus 50PKR delivery charges.TL;DR= never ordering again.

I would not recommend it. I visited on 16jun19 and Food was ok. Nothing that wowed us but the service was pathetic. Air conditioning was not working and that sapped the fun out of it.Next there were way too many workers who were standing idle. One or two employees were taking all the load (they were the new employees) .I requested them to give me the animal fries first but the waiter told me that everything will come together. Then the burgers came(after 20 minutes) but the animal fries were not served for another 15 minutes. When I made some noise then THEY STARTED MAKING THEM. The Manager was too indifferent to my complaints.If the service was any better I would have accepted that the food was nothing special. But all taken together it was a pathetic experience.

Taste is not much good

Make sure u r not in a hurry to eat coz the counter person said it takes 15 mins for your order to be prepared but it took 45 mins to get ready pathetic service lazy pepole. Beef burger was oily and there was cold fries served with the meal. No proper seating arrangement ac was not cooling well.And there was no compensation for such delay plus no appolgy as well.

Need to upgrade branch interior and also taste is not good as well

Burger lab should be the last choice of anybody trying to eat a fancy burger. Their taste is abysmally bad. The staff (in restaurants and online) is extremely rude and stubborn. Their chefs dont know how to make burgers. Theyll sometimes take 1 hour for a 25 mint order time, others theyll burn your chicken. Least recommended. Never go here. Literally any other burger place is better than this.

It was not a great experience, we planned to eat at Burger Lab and we expected much more according to their prices but the taste of burger was average and the size of burger was small. Its better to eat karachi food burger at RS 150 insist of eating small burger for 400 at Burger Lab, really its not a big deal its just a waste of money

Lacks the quality and consistency when compared to the Sindhi Muslim outlet. Overstaffed, meals running late, low maintenance of the outlet. Id rather travel to the other outlet due to the taste and prompt service. Wouldnt be surprised if it closes down unless massive changes take place.

I tried Doppler, Firehouse and Animal Fries. Food quality and taste were excellent. Service was extremely slow, it felt like I was waiting for a karahi instead of a fast food. Also, the Dining area needs attention, air-conditioning and ventilation was below average.

Good, got a good deal so nice experience. However, they should work on payment solution.. how on Earth you expect cash only customers these days?
