Super tasty burgers. FireHouse is just too good. The staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommended

It was good experience of burger lab as I tried it for the first time. We were 6 members and ordered beef and chicken burgers. When I first saw my chicken burger it looked like Andy Wala burger but it was actually chicken burger. I recommend to try their beef burgers because they are far better than chicken burgers. All deals are very good. Ambiance was also good.

Solid burger, bun wasnt soggy like most spots. Beef was well cooked. Got a spicy grenade burger which wasnt as good as the beef options, not spicy at all as advertised and chicken was a little rubber like.

I ordered the Boss Double. It was simply divine.The order came exactly at the committed time. Packed perfectly. The burger was Hot and Fresh. And so so Sooo Yummy. Extremely flavorsome.It doesnt need any ketchup or chili garlic sauce.I totally LOVE IT and am a Fan of Burger Lab all over again ️

Service and food was great but the outlet itself is too congested. They should get a bigger space. And work on their ventilation. ACs were also not working properly. Their kitchen is so close to the counter that you can feel the heat while you are ordering your food on counter.

Price is being increased regularly making the alternative options much more convenient.

Ur zig zag French fries were better then these normal once. And I changed the chicken coating which is not very impressive.

I often order from them not always from this branch but this time I am really disappointed.I ordered pizza nd mayontc fries along with firehouse.The burger was acceptable rest were really bad.Ur (Jauhar )branch really needs to IMPROVE.

Taste was excellent. The only problem i had was their ATM machine which didnt work and charged me twice. So i had to call my bank. Their ambience was not good. Quality of service was ok as they delivered food within 15minutes.

Not good it had really oily burgers and the ambience isnt good as well. It has low hanging lights in their 1st floor sitting area that are a nuisance to tall people as you will surely hit you head on them

This place has pathetic customer service, dont treat customers with respect despite their claim thatcustomer is the boss. Their staff demonstrate casual attitude. Overall cleanliness is unsatisfactory, dirty tables, stains on wall, even TV doesnt have clear display. The taste was average.

Taste was different and it was awesome, but issue was only that it was little oily, If make it better to not look oily thn it is really value for money, it was little difficult to place order because menu presentation was not good.

Sitting area is Fine ... but ordering area is v.small....just one counter...gets Cranky...plus no paper menu you can take and decide earlier so ordering takes a lot of time

Order Atom beef mild burger and they delivered a plain chicken burger via foodpanda.

They have one of the best beef Burgers in town. Serving was delayed this time but they have top notched quality burgers.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in burger lab. At first the staff seem ok but after a while they were like hell...... Basically the issue was, while we were having our meal, we smell something odd a punjunt like (more like burn out gase) was all around causing burning sensation in our throat and we were barely breathing. We also bring this into the concern of the staff but they does care and didnt even manage to spray room-freshner. I was with one of my client to final our deal but this kind environment and behaviour ruin every thing.

1.Chicken burger have such an average taste.2.Quadro burger (Price Rs.800PKR) which is approximately 6 inch in height is not much good. Which has 3 to 4 beef patty that is like you are eating only beef and other stuff like bun, cheese and etc dull their taste due to excessive beef patties and very heavy burger I have ever ate.3.Animal fries are also very heavy due to too much cheese and mayonnaise. Price 400 PKR is bit high because it does not have sufficient quantity of fries that it should have.So, in conclusion burger is fine for chicken burger.And if you want to eat a beef burger so, Burger King is best of all.

Its good In Jauhar...Burger was fresh.but the staff was bit off.I asked for wifi.there was some problem in wifi.i availed the sav ur app discount by asking wifi from another customer.there were flies also inside..but the food was good...but they are a bit expensive now regarding the flies and no AC inside.
