Though i have been a regular visitor of this outlet.. but today was beyond worst.. i had heard from people that standard has gone down but still i ordered. Got stale bread, chicken was unchewable and the taste was pathetic. Last visit. Never ever again !

Felt like a purchased a frozen to microwave doner kebab from the super market. only given 4 strips of doner and cold chips, I am originally from london and serving what I received would get your shop closed down. Stomach was feeling messed up for hours

*STANDARD HAS FALLEN DRASTICALLY* Ordered from Berlin Doner recently. Food was stale. Bread was soggy and was falling apart while holding. In addition the meat was dry. Quantity was very less in comparison to last time. Keep in mind this doner is sold for Rs 600. Please check recent reviews on facebook, all are negative and have shared the same concern. Follow up with management was pathetic. Please save your money, this chain is done for.

Healthy food...Gluten free. Fat free meat. No fattening sauces used.

Ambiance is good. But the food quantity is too less. For 350 pkr, the gyro size is too small. Hence, the way they have build the place is really nice. Also, they do not have meat and lamb right now. Over all good experience.

Ordered both gyro and doner. Lamb and veal wasnt available so had to settle for turkey and chicken.Also their staff is bad at taking orders. Mixed our turkey with chicken and forgot to add extra meat we ordered.Tasten was average3/5 overall

A cosy place with a very specific menu. The service has a lot of room for improvement. Even though the taste is good, the sauce in the gyros qnd döners could use an upgrade in the quantity.One of the few places that offers Veal meat along with the chicken and lamb. I would recommend this place only because there are very limited options for this item in the city.

This is for the Sehar outlet. We were excited to visit this place as authentic donors are a seldom commodity in Pakistan. Having visited many countries, particularly middle eastern, European and american, i and my friends were excited to check this delicacy in Pakistan and compare it to the authentic doners we have experienced so far.Ordered Doner Box and Doner sandwich. The meat tasted authentic and good. Same with the Sauces. The salad in doner box was fresh (a rare case in Karachi eateries especially when you are a health conscious person) The owner, who was at the restaurant that time, briefed us on the concept of the place and also gave us sample sauces. Definitely kudos to him caring for his customers and looking for feedback.I would suggest they should make their menu more understandable (i was expecting rice in my doner box but it was not there). Also, I had requested Chicken and Lamb combo for my Doner box but it just had lamb included in it. The staff didnt provide us with fries which we had ordered, later they provided upon us reminding them again. The slush was included in the menu but was not available when we requested. During billing, the cashier input the order all over again by asking the server all the items ordered - thus process is pretty prone to billing errors and would be a task to manage when they will have a full house at the outlet.The owner had requested to provide candid feedback so they can improve, hope my above comments help them.

Good taste with ambiance.

I am travelling from Chicago. I was looking for something different to try and my eyes stuck on word GYRO which is on their logo. I stop by and got the chance to talk to the owner. Who was very gentle and kind. He also presented me and my friend free sample which both of us liked a lot and then ordered the owner recommendations. I am very fond of gyro even in Chicago and I literally fell in love with the authenticity of the taste. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try something western which is better in taste quality.

The food is OK. The service though was efficient. They use single use thermopore and plastic utensils, which should be replaced with more environment friendly material.

The quality and quantity justifies the price. The taste is amazing. And they have always delivered fresh.

Best Turkey meat joint in town. Not too expensive and good quality and good taste. And you can order it too.

They serve very small amount of meat in the Doner Kebab and an equally large amount of veggies and mayonnaise......quite disappointing.

Love their Doners sauce and taste of meat is excellent....recommendation go for Lamb & Veal. My favourite is Mighty Doner with extra meat.

This is one of the unique restaurants offering something new in Pakistan. The taste of their doners is deliciously awesome and different. One could say they offer authentic taste same as European countries.Although, the menu they offer is limited and they pulled out some of the meat types previously available for gyros and doners, which should be made available to their customer.One must try their gyros and doners at least once, as their food is much better than regular fast food chains.

Overall satisfactory. But not exceptionally good. In my opinion prices are a bit high according to the taste and quantity.

Overall the experience was very good, they are the only ones selling authentic gyros and doner. But I would like to give my input that gyros eaten world wide is famous for the meat not the bread, the quantity of meat in your gyros even after topping it up with extra meat was less I know its imported meat but still, the dressing sauce was barley any in it.

The gyro is wounderfull and the ambiance is perfect. Doner is slightly small and dry. Preferable for light snaks.

I havent tried anything else besides the Lamb doner. The last time I had Lamb doner was somewhere in Switzerland and over there I fell in love with it. I was really excited when I found Berlin doner stuff here! Id probably ordered Lamb doner like 3-4 times in 2 weeks, I mean before it went out of stock and I left it, sadly.

The food was nice, shame the leadup to getting the food leaves a lot to be desired and was tiring to find out whats what etc. The staff were ignorant of what they were selling! Friendly yes they were, but certainly lacked any training of the food they sell! E.g. a Veggie Deal, according to them is same as all others except you get less meat of your choice!The prices quoted on the website are NOT the prices youll pay as according to staff the website shouldve been updated months ago but the website guy has not done so!We tried combination of Doners and Gyro with different meats including Veal. But what we got definitely did not include Veal!Sadly, as is the case with many food joints that open up in the area, concept is tried and tested abroad, premises are done here decently, but the lack of training of the staff and their knowledge of what theyre doing lets the implementation down as is the case here! We got there at 7pm and the fires on the spit were not lit & within minutes our meat was sliced & given to us when it was barely brown! Worrying with the recent food poisoning incidents in DHA! Almost 3000rs for 4 items is rather steep for a fast food joint! Personally wouldve expected more meat for the price paid!A good concept, with tasteful food but let down by bad implementation and lack of staff training! Shame really!

As percthe owner all ingredients are imported directly from Berlin and it has original..Personally i liked doner more then the doner due to the bread.. Both were quite good however serving size for regular is quite small for a normal person..OverallFood 9/10Service 10/10Ambience 7/10
