One of the worst courier services in the area it takes more than three day to deliver a parcel with in a city, plus their riders dont have cnic to get in organisation such as ppl or psm they dont even inform customer if they couldnt deliver. Pathetic customer care instead of solving problem they blame them. Pakistan post is 10 times better than them.

Yesterday i visited on leopard shahbaz commercial to submit my cod on 6pm but the leopard representative Mr.Taha hes saying that im not accept your parcel and its talking rubbish & hes behavior like a don or something i should close my account

Everytime there target was to sent it via plastic bag (the expensive one) always take out objection that cheques cant be sent via normal courier packet etc etc
