Genuinely one of the worst courier service in Pakistan. It took them 6 days just to return the parcel to the sender without delivering it to the consignee and without informing the consignee. Their staff is unprofessional.Wasted six days while waiting for the package to arrive just to get informed that it was being sent back to the sender.Money and time both wasted.

Very bad customer care service they are not cooperating with their customer. I request my pick up yesterday with my COD account at about 2 pm Oct 15, 2020.. Its 2:30 Oct 16,2020, but no one came to receive or pick my parcel yet.Very bad experience with TCS. Blue ex is mich more better with respect to its customer care service.
