A friend sent a mobile phone for my sister from lahore through M&P courier services (formerly OCS) but the phone still hasnt been delivered. When we call them, the recorded voice picks up, and when we press 0 for the operator, the call automatically disconnects. We visited this outlet, but they dont seem to know anything about the consignment, and asked us to go all the way to the Head office. The service couldnt be more pathetic!
