I needed to write this because I was legit fuming. I had a dentist appointment with my children. 3 of us. Got in the elevator when a Fedex employee decided to jump in as well...there were clear instructions in the elevator that due to COVID only 3 people max. Why are your employees NOT keeping social distance?? Totally disappointed with this behaviour! Unfortunately, I did not get this mans name. This are the type of actions and behaviours that will continue to put people at risk. I am giving your company a 1 out of 5 because I have no choice. You should be getting 0 out of 5.

Garry’s is providing visa service with Biometrics facilities for many countries like UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia and many European countries.It’s recommended if you want to go there please make your online appointment and check everything like date, time and payment.One important thing I have to mention “If you are making online payment than double check your amount before pay”“Once they over charged me for 38 UK pounds extra and I am still waiting for REFUND”

Providing visa facilities for different countries.staff is very professional. If you want to take appointment I would recommend to take morning slot (between 8 and 9am) and it will hardly take you less than 30 min for document submission and arrive 15 min early. Parking can be quite challenging. For any help call their helpline and they will provide relevant info.

UAE Embassy Karachi website refers Gerrys address/No. for documents attestation services, bud Gerrys offices deny it and do not accept any documents etc for attestation process from UAE Embassy....Where to go ???

Highly unorganized no proper queue system any number can be called at any time you may be given the appointment of 11:00AM and your token number may be called at 2:00PM. It takes your whole day to visit their office so make up your mind before you plan on visiting them

FedEx staff is not so cooperative. They are good if the package only contain documents but if it is something that have duties & taxes applied then they are the worst.

A third class place where hundreds of people do wait for nothing but deficiency of staff in here, due to the staff this is a key place to waste time.

Went their for their visa services. No proper parking just need to park in lanes. Professional attitude might be exceeding the norms but its Getting better through years. Even with normal services (without payment for priority services) it had not taken vertu long time.

As compared to DHL, continuous changing rules of sending packages in buyers account is a PAIN in A-- . If someone doesnt have the option of DHL then ones stuff/sample sending time gets delayed very much. Office staff at front desk also dont cooperate in problematic issues until and unless people dont have any guarantee to satisfy them.

Service is really bad. Dont help customers at all.

Actually i went to Gerrys office for the attestation of my bachelors degree. Gerrys is a trusted brand which works under the umbrella of FedEx. I did attestation for U.A.E which need prior attestation from HEC and MOFA. Gerys service is nice and clean, but u need to get there early as they do take 100-200 tokens per days. After that they dont accept docs for the day. Be patience there and go with the flow. And plz bring ur orignal CNIC along with photocopies of everything assosiated with ur attestation.you can visit Gerys website just type Gerys in google search bar hit enter and here u go....:)

If you are visiting to resolve any issues then you are likely to be seated in the entance waiting area until somebody responsible from the staff shows up. Parking could be found on nearby streets and right in front of FedEx if you are lucky enough
