I shifted now in this place. Clean & green so I enjoy at PNWHS, Bin Qasim Karachi Sindh.

PNWHS is a perfect example of town planning. 39.1% area of the society is allocated for housing whereas 60.9% area is reserved for parks , road infrastructure, educational institutions, community service and other commercial and business activities etc. The project is designed for Pakistan Navy retired officers, junior commissioned officers and sailors. However civilians may also be purchase through allottee of the property and can live there as per regulations. The project is going well as the large number of allottees are adding every year. There is no issue with regard to electricity, gas and and other services. At least no example is exists in similar societies of localities for security like PNWHS. No garbage, no pallution, ever green area recommended to live in order to ensure peaceful life. New design of construction is really commendable. Moreover facility of clean drinking water and general cleanliness made the society the best for living.

This housing society is for Pakistan Navy Retired officer and sailers. It is located adjacent to FFBL Plant in jurisdictions of Dhabeji Police station. This housing project is under construction so the basic facilities are not regular like electricity, water. Around 30 to 50 families are living there. You must have your own car to live there. No public transport is available. One major problem is cool dust coming with air from Electric power plant situated on Russian Beach. The houses are very near to Russian beach port qasim. Be careful to visit there, if you have any type of allergy or asthma problem.
