Dear Careem,Last night i booked the ride and we had a bed experience with careem and we had to pay RS: 2100 rupees from Gul Palaz to Gulshan and when i booked the ride it was peak factor 1.2 could you please explain me why this guy put negative charge on me and why this outstanding amount is showing me at my App and after i paid i didnt get my bill in my email address anyway i am attaching the screen shorts and you can see your self. Thanks

Had very bad experience with careem and their opportunity centers they didnt resolved the problems ...

Careem center was full packed with captain.ac was not working frustrated environment.very bad service center facility.

Worst experience ever. The staff is very arrogant. I went there to get my car registered for careem but was met with a very poor response. I would urge everyone to get registered from any other branch of careem.

Careem charges me very expensive fare after the discount.. so kindly careem walo please take some action on this.and also my account is blocked in mobile by careem they are not unblocking it. then i had to make ride from helpline.i complain many time on helpline ,emails, pages and websites but they are just doing nothing and talking.. pethathic customer service representative.also iwant to complain this captain .he charged me wrong on waiting time 16min without informing us and started the trip as we were finding his car he already started the trip so i want my waiting money refund imediatelyi cant make complain from mobile or website itis blocked by your company.....

I asked for drive I was give a number and driver name. I called him.He refused to come as he said he is away and requested me to cancel request which I did and I went into 120 rupees negative banace.Rather charging thei own captain they charged me.I am really upset.
