Assalamo alykumToday (15-8-20) l visited DL koragi branch but it is closed although on Google Saturday is showing on. So..... timing is 10am to 4 pm. And They are serving only those who have online token number.

Great improvement, Cooperative and nice staff “Especially Front Desk Officer How Generate The Token”. I went for my driving License renew after 10 years due to I had lost my License in snatching. All process is very easy and simple. Just go with original valid NIC and a copy (F.I.R Copy). I was free after fee submission, photo taken and eye testing and finally submit it in just 40min.“NO ONE ASK FOR A BRIBE” Very satisfied.

An embarrassment to public service.. opened one hour late.. made me stand in the heat since there was no official present in the premises and the gates were closed, and to top it all off, I was barred from entering inside because I was wearing three-quarter pants.. the staff was rude and appeared to lack a basic sense of hygiene.. absolutely pathetic..

Not good, not cooperative staff, no proper sitting area at rush hours, as well as Medical Doctor attitude is worthless, creates unnecessary objections even on permanent licences renewal.

Good experience. But help desk facility is not such useful as it should be, counter checks should be performed on regular basis. Need more focus on the performance and positive attitude of traffic policemen toward public.

Well you will get your license done, but u have to ask everyone and its rarely that they will tell you perfectly .Requirments for learning:-Original NICPhotocopy NICKarachi address (if youre from other city).

Bring original cnic with copies.If you know the procedure, everything will be smooth. Take help from the information counter.

Long wait for your turn even they are working fast but there is much crowd eye testing is very good I had to go for two times to get my documents and token to be okay

Awesome experience.. Have been there for 15 minutes, all done quickly.. Staff was friendly and helpful.. For beginners dont forget to keep original CNIC and a photocopy of cnic.. Original cnic is required to get a pass and copy is submitted there..

This DL branch doesnt even have its own car for test drive. Testing procedure is very slow... Take very long lunch break.
