Springs is an excellent grocery store with amazing customer service and everything available including fresh meat, cosmetics, imported items, a bakery and a cafe. Usually the hard to find imported brands are easily available here.They also have a fresh flowers, vegetable and fruit corner, which is a plus.Prices are a little steep to be honest but its the price you pay for great customer service and availability.

I visited this new rooftop cafe by Springs Mart on Sunday, we definitely needed a place like this in Karachi, the ambience is amazing! Food was decent too, we had the Asian Beef Bowl which was delicious, Margherita Pizza was decent and so was the cream of chicken soup. In the end, we got a complimentary brownie with icecream - it was really good!There is this waiter Mr. Munawer who used to work at Bella Vita previously and has always been so hospitable and great with his work - he has now moved here, specially mentioning him because he always listens to you and ensures that you are satisfied.One must visit this place.

Store is well stocked. Staff is good. Generally Burger clients hence expensive.

Springs is a very nice and a different store everything is available there even some imported items. Their cafe is a very nice place with a outdoor dining too. Most importantly the costumer service is excellent

Food was amazing and economical.

Abit hard to find, good selection of deserts. One time try is good if you are into mousse type desserts. Come in packed small glass jars

I bought some items from springs today. The price tag on the bottle of Schwarzkopf conditioning oil was Rs 1250 but I was charged Rs 1320. I discovered this on receipt later at home. The store must note we do not check our receipts everytime as there is certain level of trust established when buying from a renowned store.I have also called in person to communicate this to the store. I was told the prices were updated in the system but were not notified on the products. They did apologise.

It seems for you all life starts and ends in defence. While the real Karachi when it started was not defence.OWNER/MANAGEMENT take note dont turn away potential clients.

Temperature checks on the entrance with disinfectant sprays. Good efforts in the current covid-19 situation. Although social distancing not very apparent but most customers know that theyre supposed to wear masks.

Springs carries imported brands that few others do, such as Aghas. Their prices are higher, but they also have a discount section for a few items that will expire soon or have not sold well. They carry a few unique items and just because of that, because they are doing something unique, I support their vision and choice of inventory. If only our currency was stronger.

Overrated grocery store that has pretty decent variety of local/imported items but did not live up to the hype that I had known it for. Except for ground floor, all other floors have very less stock and shelves are at pretty much distance to fill the space. Nothing wow about this place

We generally go for grocery shopping at this store. It convenient, clean, air-conditioned but slightly expensive. Their staff is quiet helpful. They have lot of imported stuff including medicines. They even have customer loyalty card through which you earn points on your shopping and you can redeem points to avail discounts.

A good store in the heart of Bukhari commercial. Strongly recommended to buy authentic medicines and perfumes. All products are original. Meat lovers can go there for fresh meat of all kinds except fish. Although prices are relatively higher but if you want to buy original , should go there

Over priced.Obvioulsy servicing customers who are not price concious which i find quite strange.I visit Spring to observe purchasing power of people and get really surprised. I also buy all my japanese sauces because i cannot find what they stock even at aghas.
