I have visited this place many times and found there taste to be always good. I recommend this place. ️ There may be newer and fancier steak places, but youd be hard pressed to find a better steak. I love this place

Excellent food, great service and totally Awesome-quality food that is a give-in with Koffie Chalet. Despite the renovations that were going on downstairs they managed all their customers v well upstairs. I had my fav Steak (damaged 865 plus taxinclusive of a sideline n 1 add on sideline Rs 195 + tax). Mocktails werent available but Soft drinks (Rs95+t) n water(Rs145+t) was, so no biggy. Also mashed potatoe was v less so i requested and d waiter very sweetly got another plate of d same.

Ambience was outstating. overall it was nice to be there. but the out side front is not that much attractive. it should be bold and visible from any where standing on the road.

Firstly wanna say that my experience was good because I have kids so cant exposed in public so we went koffie chalet and order in our car the staff was so kind and helpful for taking our order and served us in a CAR YEs we enjoyed our meal inside our car fresh and very tasty as usual we ordered Moroccon steak,crispy burger and Thai salad In steak they missed zucchini but the food taste was yummy and their Minto beverage was also on point so its a 5 star from my side.

Worst brunch experience. There was renovation going on in ground floor and one can hardly move around due to extra tables placed on first floor. All brunch items were cold. Pancakes were hard as rock. Zero ambiance. Not recommended.

We visited the chalet for breakfast which they had discounts upon for 50% on their entire breakfast menu except tea, coffee and beverages.We ordered sandwiches and some pancakes with maple syrup which they had with nutella as well on their menu but it was not available at the moment..The sandwhiches were burnt from downside as we flipped those sand whiches. We were elated with the staff for waiting already and what we received were burnt sandwhiches.. we sent those back and asked them to make another one. They remade them but what was quite surprising that they didnt even ask for a complimentary dish they should have offer rather we asked them because first of all, they took a lot of our time despite no other customer was there and secondly not being sorry and commenting that the menu was already 50% discount..which is not a good argument on their side.. but then they gave us a slice of some cake...Overall the breakfast was okay after the replacement of those burnt sandwhiches.

Disappointing experience. Average food at the best at high list prices. Didnt follow instruction on delivery.

Food was tasty (went for buffet brunch). However Decor needs to improve, far too much brown. It was quite dingy, there was this huge tree like decorative thing in the middle of the tables, a waste of space and looked tacky. Waiters were attentive, but didnt inform us that there was also dessert available (place is q. small so it was placed away from the buffet table). However, on the whole a pleasant experience.

We had a really good experience at koffie challet.. Everything we ordered was really good. Im writing this to specifically thank and appreciate the service as the incharge was really humble and co-operative ; after a few seconds of placing order we asked him if he could bring some french fries right away, as we had our aunt with us who had taken her insulin injection and it had been an hour, and she couldnt wait for the order. He went straight to the kitchen and brought a plate of french fries. We were expecting it will b offcourse charged in the bill at the end, but to our surprise it wasnt. We really appreciate this kind gesture.I have given 4 stars because, although all the food was really good but there is always room for improvement, so best of luck.

Mexican Chimichangas were a welcome change to the usual food that i have normally have had there. Koffie Chalet shouldnt be forgotten. Having the 3 Milk Cake wouldnt be a bad idea as well though the prices have increased unfortunately... The Alfredo Pasta was Simple but still a delicious dish.

Went to koffie chalet for our anniversary lunch. Ordered grilled chicken , sandwich and fish. Food was very yummy except the french fries. Overall experience was quite nice. I would give 7/10 for the ambiance.

Food was delicious especially lasagna must try... drinks could have been more better ordered tropical blast and peach colada didnt like it. Pasta alfredo, terragon chicken, chowmein and chicken gujouns and chicken cheese strips were veryy tasty for appetizer.. we did bridal shower yesterday they took 1200 rs for decoration not worth it at all, very small and congested space, poorly lit but all and all great place to have tasty food..

Main issue here is car parking, i couldnt stop there even for minutes since traffic gets jammed at the back if you stop in front of the restaurant and unfortunately there was not valet service when i reached there...

My wife arranged a surprise dinner party for my birthday on September 12. Overall presentation was good as well as the staff service.Ive had coffees and cake before but it was the first experience of having dinner here. Test was not so special but good. Bad experience they kept us on wait for one hour then thr manager came and told us their coffee machine is not working we asked him to change our order he said hell get it fixed and then our order came late and it was bad... the coffee was bad and hot chocolate was average the ambiance was not good prices were high for the quality of items they need a renovation for their outlet.

Excellent Atmosphere. Good for groups and couples. Nice and quite and food very delicious. We had a chicken marinara steak and it was very tasty . Drink we ordered were blue mountain and a tangy one both very good. Love it and would come again.
