They hardly respond on the UAN number and when it does the call drops. They have started charging a preposterous amount for delivery which is otherwise is free if one orders from the restaurants. Unprofessional and dissapointing middlemen. Good bye and good luck with the profiteering.

I had a very bad experience with eatoye Karachi. Last Saturday I had placed an order via eatoye on Masala Restaurant which amounted to Rs 575/-. The latter was paid through visa card but the order was never delivered! and now when I am asking about the refunding of money, these people are making lame excuses!!!! It has been 4 days and still I have not been paind my money!!!!FOODPANDA is way much better than EATOYE. Hence, my advice to all those who are reading my review is to order their food via FOODPANDA not EATOYE!!!!

Eatoye had been our go-to contact whenever we ordered food online. In the past, the service had been good and the food was promptly delivered. Unfortunately, for some reason, the last few orders proved otherwise, particularly the last time we ordered. We had ordered from KFC, and initially the website kept our order pending. After waiting for half an hour and a few calls, the order was accepted by the vendor. We patiently waited for our food to arrive, but after an hour and a half, we decided to call the restaurant. They informed us that they had not received any order from the mentioned address. This had never happened before, and what particularly surprised us was the fact that the website showed that the order had been accepted. We called the Eatoye customer care, and they told us the contrary, that the order had been delivered and was probably on its way. After another 45 minutes, when there seemed to be no sign of the order (it was 11:30 at night), we called KFC and told them our order. Believe it or not, the food arrived at our doorstep within 15 minutes, fresher than anything we had ordered through Eatoye. At this point, we decided to call Eatoye again to lodge a complaint. They promised to give us a compensation on our next order, but when we tried to avail this just today, they completely neglected it and gave us a feeling as if we were begging for it!!! After much deliberation, they finally agreed, but informed us that our simple order (which had previously taken just 15 mins) would arrive in approx. an hour. This was too much, and after this grueling experience, we decided never to order through Eatoye again. All the well built repute has been demolished, and this experience will surely be dictated to our family and friends, to make sure that they do not experience a similar disaster. Very poor!

I had ordered the 6 inch for 2 deal and 3 choc cookies from Subway through the website. The delivery rider reached in 45 minutes. He gave me the sandwiches and drinks but had no cookies. He showed me the eatoye order receipt which had the Rs. 680 for the sandwiches but no mention of cookies and the total was still Rs. 935 ? The rider had no idea of what went wrong and said thats what the receipt says. I went to the eatoye website for the notify option on it if any issue with order. They guarantee a call within 5 min of the complain but no call was received. I had to then call the Subway direct number and they apologized saying it is a mistake from eatoye end.They sent the cookies 15 mins later. Eatoye was still asleep and unaware during this whole time. Horrible service !

Our order number was #1155887 and we are very dissatisfied with their service first of all the delivery was too much late we had wait at-least 2 hours. Also they promised us to send a voucher via email in 24 hours but we still havent received it. We will never use eatoye again.
