Great delivery system here in Pakistan by which you can order both food and groceries online.They have an amazing app and the deliveries are often made on time.However at times certain orders may be incomplete and there is no way to contact that particular restaurant as the food was ordered from food panda.Food panda doesn’t do much to resolve such issues.

I ordered food from a resturent listed at food panda. The food was atheist 2-3 days old, I was chatting to a agent of food panda, he has taken complaint and when I said what next, he said we will call you back, no one called back. The person was so rude that he has then disconnected the chat. Very bad service and how come food panda are registering such resturents

Im visiting G 8 Islamabad office from sept 2020 they sat next week next week but no restaurant. All patience levels are crossed. I dont who the head is. Where should I complain. Formstack is useless.... Im too much disappointed.

Pathetic experience , as their rider while delivering the food charged over the actual billed charges (the final bill according to the menu changes)and upon phone to call center no one took the responsibility to solve the issue and in the end I have to pay them extra. As it was appearing on his cell phone and he insisted us that he will not accept a pen less.

My son ordered twice tonight the first order was for 3 burgers and 2nd was 2 zingarata.The 1st rider came with 3 burgers I paid for it we ate although the burgers were not what we ordered for. Fine.. No complain2nd rider came again with 3 burgers as we were waiting for zingarata. We asked for zingarata but the rider as well as a gentleman calling from Karachi was insisting to take it and was very rude in his communications. Very bad...

Good place of eat around khadda market

Food panda is a good delivery system but sometime its just feels like not to use it anymore. They give voucher for their own mistakes or blunder and ask you to use it by spending more money. Moreover some time your order just gets cancelled without any proper reason even your house is just next to the restaurant.

My order was 30 minutes late, my guests were waiting for the food, and no one was there to assist. It was a good company when started but not now.

Pathetic service1. Orders never on time2. Call centers do not attend3. Previously they had chat service which is now discountinued.4. Shows 5 minutes to arrival and keeps on saying 5 minutes even though the order is late by 30 minutes.5. Delivery is always late and cold food is brought in.6. Dropping them an email you get a response which is more or less robotic, saying sorry and providing a discount code. Food panda customer wants service not some excuse with later discounts.This have happened for the 4th time continuously.To summarize Food panda is a pathetic service.

I gave order from sohny sweets and paid online, later vendor cancelled my order. Since last 22 days I am behind Foodpanda and they are not returning my amount . Always says some technical issue it will be refunded within 24 hours.

We ordered karamel cookies from food panda and we were charged 150 RS tax in a 400 RS w/o tax and if vat is is charged it should be 468 . The bill we received was 550 . That is aprox 30% tax . The tax mentioned in the order is VAT that is 17 % . Although GST is supposed to be charged . And this outrageous tax system is costing customers hundreds per order . So I request you to kindly explain to me how is this outrageous taxing acceptable by anyone .

I have ordered food from a local burger joint in my area and I got delievery with in 20 min with a proper system generated bill. Where as when I ordered from foodpanda I got delivery an hour late and there was no bill no reciept of what I paid and whats the amount no record. A local area burger joint is far better then this so called renowned app called foodpanda. I have ordered multiple times and I didnt ever get satisfactory services from this pathetic app.

A couple of days back I got to visit the Food Panda office in Bahria Town Tower, Tariq Road, with my father in concern to tie a partnership of my familys local restaurant named as Patni Foods Point (can be found on Google maps as well).The security level of the Bahria Town, already Im a fan of. And the staff of Food Panda office is also so much cooperative!Thumbs up!

Hopeless experience!!! First time I order from food panda and this is what I get. I order something, something else gets punched in my bill and their bill and when the order arrives there are two different items both of which I didnt order. Upon inquiry, the representatives on chat (in the app) do not respond properly and finally tell me to email them with the pictures and screenshot. I emailed them yesterday night with everything along with a reminder today but no response. The food item would get rotten with a day or two. Extremely pathetic. I will never use foodpanda again and never recommend others to use it!!!

I was promised a voucher because of missing food delivered. It has been 3 day i didnt got the voucher yet. I am going to send a proper email to the owners or the main headquarters located in Germany. First time experience was the worst.

So pathetic service. So many glitches in app. Customer service is so poor. Food order placement system is so slow. On app it said 40 mints and received my order after 90 mints and not a single response from the customer service. It was so frustrating. Its their habit. Every time food is late. Mailed twice about this issue got nothing but a survey reply. Filled that too still no reply. There should be a negative star option.

I ordered from mc Donalds and they didnt give me fries and took money for it and half of the Pepsi was spilled... buns were rotten...very bad experience...sometimes their riders dont bring the change and keep the change...

I wish I could give negative stars to this scam site. Just placed an order money got deducted and whoop the order gets cancelled for some so called technical difficulties. What about the money taken from me? Previously, I had stopped ordering from this site because a similar thing happened twice and mind me, YOUR MONEY WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED EVER! 5 - 6 banks days eh? more like NEVER!!! You bunch of scamsters might have gotten me again but wait and see how I shall make a special youtube video speaking about how many people had been affected due to this. If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected it.My sincere advice, do not use foodpanda.We ordered first from OPTP and after an hour we received a message to say the driver was 1 minute away, and then suddenly we received a message saying the order had been cancelled. They claimed that we had cancelled the order. After much stress and enquiries we were informed that there had been a technical report and that we should reorder.They were not helpful and I found them unprofessional. They just kept telling us to reorder like the whole waiting time we’d already encountered was nothing.This is not the first time I’ve had problems with foodpanda and I don’t think I will use them again.

My family received an order (without receipt) which was never made.. My family did a mistake by paying the delivery man. That guy with food panda container on his bike even quoted my name. BEWARE! food panda never answers the call nor i received my email reply.

Their service has become worst day by day. i ordered pizza last night from pizza point Millennium mall and my residence is saima mall. it just takes 5 to 8 minutes but he came after 35 minutes and by the time everything was cold and terrible. i will never use this service again
