Safoora Branch: Rate of services are too high comparatively others. Some of the machines r out of order.

Bad makeup ️ branch in Gulistan e Johar does NOT do a good job with makeup.My daughter inlaw got her valima makeup done from this place & there’s absolutely nothing special about it. She could’ve done better job at home :(

Provide excellent services ....perefer for hair cut

I recommend Najlas owner should advice thier staff to must satisfy all their customers. I feel only shaheen is loyal and professional and satisfied customer. The owners must appoint some more professional workers as well.

Very unprofessional service, unhygienic rooms. I went for a basic waxing service and the girls were torally untrained. Poor quality wax. And there charges are like any other high end salon. Absolutely rubbish, I do not recommend.

This review is for Najla’s Gulistane Johar branch which is located next to another beauty salon (called Mahrose may be?). Well, I live in USA and was heading back to USA from Pakistan, and two days before my flight I went to ask at this salon if they can give me a keratin treatment plus haircut that day as my daughter was sick and I couldn’t come again before my flight.I paid them 21 thousand rupees in total for the treatment, haircut, and for the maintenance shampoo, conditioner, serum and mask. And for this amount the customer service I got was awful. My hairdresser was Shaheen, who was the only lady in the salon who was a professional. I told her I have migraine and cannot tolerate 2 people pulling my hair for blow dry due to health reasons, shaheen accommodated my request professionally and agreed with my point and told me that she would be the only one touching my hair.I was satisfied with her service of treatment and haircut until the blow dry part came. A manager called Tayaba came and started scolding her for accommodating my request and how two persons can save so much time and bla. A fellow colleague to Shaheen came and told her how much trouble she’s gonna be in now. Then another woman was on call with Shaheen (Someone called LaLa, apparently the branch owner) and that woman was scolding Shaheen for doing this as well . They even switched the lights off where i was sitting and eventually did not let shaheen give me a detailed blow dry and put three women to straighten my hair after the keratin treatment. I apologized to Shaheen two times for being the victim of abuse for me.I live in the US, here customer is the boss of you. They will go extra mile to satisfy the customer. But here at Najla’s salon, even after 21 thousand out of pocket, I got this treatment which left me embarrassed.Shaheen should not work here, she deserves a better place. I am very thankful to her for taking care of my special request. However, I will never recommend this branch to anyone and will never go back to this salon whenever I am in Pakistan.

Bad experience. Booked for HD makeup which is offering thin bright base with glowing makup which looks natural and got tipical kind of makeup with heavy paint kind of base which is not at all glowing infact it was bronze. No time management just painting every costumer with all available colours. There was no sensible person who could understand the demand of costumer or advice wisely.

I always visit hilltop branch for pedicure. Very much satisfying.

Best place to relax, mani pedi, skin pampering and facials etc.. And for bridal they made me look jaw dropping on my wedding day.. Best salon!
