Had an appointment booked for 2pm and called before to ensure SOPs were being followed. When I arrived there were 30+ people there, staff was not wearing masks properly or gloves, people were coughing, and the doors werent open for ventilation. I requested them to open the doors and was feeling very uncomfortable as coughing clients were taking off masks to drink tea. I then requested to be placed outside, and was told to download an app to get services at home. Then I left for my house, my appointment was cancelled 6 times, no accomodations were made and was then rescheduled for 4:45p.m after cancelling every half hour. The manager there who spoke to me told me that I shouldnt even get the services at home if Im feeling so uncomfortable because I told her to wear her mask properly.Extremely disappointed by management. Very entitled attitude and zero consideration for clients health and safety.

Honestly the salon seemed really organized as were the people who worked there. My only issue was with the hairstylist who cut my hair. He was nice but didn’t listen to what I wanted from my hair. I did my research and seen his videos on social media and it seemed like he understood why hair cut suit the type of hair a person has. So I trusted him and told him I wanted square layers only so that my hair which is already straight and thin, wouldn’t seem unhealthy from the bottom. He ended up doing what he wanted, which was chopping off all of my length from the bottom and gave me so many small layers on top. Which literally thinned out my hair even more. Hair that I have been growing out to reach a certain level and way took me years to reach. However, it’ll grow out but only wished he actually listened to what I wanted and not do his own “personalized” haircut.

The best of the best beauty salon in Karachi. She has been in the industry since so long. The staff is accommodating, the staff is very well trained and the place is equipped with the latest product and instruments. The sad part is its a bit on the pricey side other than that this is perfect place to sort out your beauty needs.

I did my Keratin from Nabila, Rajesh and Kami were the professionals , they were wonderful and helpful, I highly recommend their names.Moazzam is a senior hairstylist, I found him very very rude, literally feel very bad after taking an advice, full of attitude Nabila Salon is very serious about Covid, thats why they refuse to serve tea or coffee even after asking 2,3 times. Is this a way of spreading disease ? Covid will not spread due to close contact during makeup , facials and hair treatments etc but it will spread due to serving tea or coffee, very surprisingly.

Had a keratin treatment a couple of days ago the whole team was really professional following all the sops and did a great job specially rajesh who always make sure that the client should leave the salon in utter satisfaction. Before i had a bad experience of keratin from sabs but this time i made the right decision.

Had an appointment for party makeup.one of the staff member done it was extremely bad.she kept on trying to convince there isnt any thing wrong though the other staff were noticing her worst work.Totally unsatisfied. Humble request to Nabila to keep check on such workers.

It’s good salon

I was very underwhelmed by the final result from my hair stylist. The hairdo (updo) for a wedding I was attending was sloppy and not what I wanted, but she kept trying to convince me that she had done her job right even though I told her what I wanted before starting. She literally did my hair in 15 minutes. I’ve never had anyone do my hair in less than an hour. Seems like the salon will give their best service to exclusive clients such as celebrities and models and will do a subpar job with everyone else. Please up your game. Not a happy customer.

Went for keratin and had the best experience, Rajesh has the best advice for your hair, kami and sunny all of them were super friendly and pro at their work.

I got an appointment for consultation and purchase for the product zero, the lady who initially took my consultation apparently a make up artist did not have good hygiene habits personal as well as professional and since zero is a product that is supposed to be applied with fingers she did not sanitized her hand nor the product and barely have me a proper demo besides she was suggesting me the wrong pallet I had to voice oyr about her attitude problem I thought she was not trained but there was another staff member who came over and tried to apologise and undo all her mistakes

My experience was very good at Nabilas .My makeover was done by Goshi and no doubt she did her best .

I got so disappointed during my last visit. I asked for the charges of the service I need once I reached, they said a number while leaving they charged double the amount and the reason was they used a product which is more expensive without even informing me. This is fraud. It is a shame to have this bad experience from such a famous Salon.

Pathetic service. Loads of waiting. Appointment booking was a disaster. Staff had an attitude problem.Soles of my feet did not require much attention but After pedicure my soles got rough within a day or two.Manicure was not equal on both my hands, I can see the before after results by comparing my both hands after the manicure.

I first went to Moazzam with shoulder length hair and he gave me a beautiful bob. He actually discussed what he was going to do. i got loads of compliments. Twice afterwards i have gone, he snips all my hair off. No discussion and i did nt know at all what he had in mind. Okay agreed creative people are moody. I returned with a bob that is top fashion at the moment but am i comfortable with this short as hell bob, and a very short fringe...no Im not. Half of the beauty of anything is the confidence to carry it...and i feel like wearing a paper bag until my hair grows a bit longer. People say it looks nice, but not the way they complimented me at the chin length bob. And I paid Rs 7000 for this! I feel that they are immaculately trained at Nabilas and sometimes they want to reproduce what they have learnt on you. Bottomline, im not happy, I feel like a guinea-pig.
