We are from Michigan and it was my brothers wedding. My sister and I had no idea about the salons there. One of my friends recommended this salon. Babra did me and my sisters makeup and she was amazing. She did a great job and made us feel comfortable. She listened to every request.

I wouldnt even give 1 star to this place. Extremely pathetic customer service. Lady at the reception is extremely rude, unaccomodating and unapproachable. Understand the stress they face, but that doesnt warrant making rude faces when customers are asking questions. Girls work in a robotic manner. They never accomodate the specific requirements of the customers and do whatever they wish to do regardless of telling the otherwise multiple times. Cant complain enough about the customer service at this place.

I chose Najlas on my brother’s wedding last December and I think I had made the wrong determination choosing it. They don’t listen to what you really want and they will keep you what they think is perfect. I do understand that they are makeup artist and they know better but some people know themselves better and they know what looks better on them so please you guys do listen to your clients. Thank you

It was good but for pity things they charge lot as compare to other parlours

The staff is simply horrible at the NIPA branch, least bothered about manners or how to basically talk to a client..

Not good. The services were extremely expensive, no visible result after the services and they dont do eyebrows in the name of Islam whereas the whole staff there had perfectly shaped eyebrows. Hypocrites.
