Very cooperative staff & amazing performance. I got a party makeup and im very satisfy.

I and my Devrani went there to get ready for valima reception...No doubt their make over is excellent but there are certain other things that are worst... First of all they called us at 11 am to be ready for 6 pm....no canteen ,no tea.... Yes tea was for the brides only... All other people were deprived of snacks or tea.. Hahaha..Every extra thing was charged... Very expensive.... I think only the upper class people should go there.... They have no sympathy for the girls who also want to be dolled up from these salons... They applied 4-5 beads on my hair and charged Rs 500....3D lashes=500,..saree setting =1000(which can be done so easily with the belt already made on it)Please think on these points...

Did not have a good experience. It was over crowded and receptionist was burdened with too many visitors waiting in the queue for information. I was not able to get prompt response although waited for near 15 to 20 minutes. Services are good but management in rush hours need improvement.

Overcrowded but makeover is really good in the area

Makeup and hair services are very good but their customer representatives are not so cooperative.. Once in a while i missed my receipt of my makeup booking for which i had paid 2000 advance.. They accepted that my adcance booking is noted in their records but they refused to accept me without receipt. They said you to book again by paying complete amount neither they compensate my advance payment..

The facial wasnt relaxing and felt like a roller coaster ride other than that the make-up artists are very talented and co operative but they take so much orders that their services tend to be really slow and timing isnt satisfactory enough and they charge too much for simple things!! But the makeover was wonderful.

They make you come.early but waste the client time by taking forever to do their makeup. But the services was good. The atmosphere was good. Each person responsible for their position took initiative and did their job correctly which i appreciated .

I had the worst experience at sana Sarah johar.The management and staff have no empathy with customers.So what happened with me is that I had booked them so for barat makeup and services they charged 5000 advance to me,but due to some family issues I had to cancel my bookings.Here I want to mention that I am completely aware of the non refundable policy of the salons and I understand it positively. Therefore I went there and told my problem which was very genuine. On hearing it the receptionist freaked out and said I can avail the bridal makeup I politely explained it wont be possible so if they can adjust the amount in party makeup or others services which they refused harshly that their owner wont allow it.After waiting there for almost 2 hours I returned helplessly. I managed to contact one of the owner and she even didnt bother to listen to me and hunged up.Let me tell this is not the way you can never win customers if you are that selfish and you dont care about customers sentiments. So if you are planning to go there be very careful as they are completely rude and cruel if God forbidden something happens.

Worst experience...awful lot of wait despite the appointment..Moreover the girl who did my makeup was inexperienced..I explicitly told her that I need a very light base but she put on a lot of foundation( that too total different from my skin tone).I had to wash it all off n I was about to leave but thought to give another chance.thank God that I had all my makeup with me n gave her my base primer n compact to work with...So she worked better with that.So if you are thinking about going there, think again ...

I got waxing done and it hurt so bad. Wasnt my first time getting wax done so I asked the girl to stop because it was hurting a lot. When I looked, I found tiny blood spots on my skin and the girl still insisted that she was doing everything right. What morons!

Facials are really good but other services like pedicure and manicure was not even average.

Can be better. Product needs alot of improvement. Cosmetics they used were very of low quality although they charged a fortune.

My friend got her bridal makeup done. Makeup was good but, they dont know to set dupatta. I have to rush to the saloon to set her duppatta
