The place, the ambience, the food, whats not to love? I am someone who is very fond of Japanese culture and boy did my first Ramen taste so delicious. The staff was very friendly. Although the place can do better with more space (its a bit cramped), the service was superb. I only disagree with the slightly over the top prices and the lack of expansions as there are no branches in Islamabad (not as far as gmaps shows) and Karachi itself has very scarce branches of this chain. Damn it, if you are going to serve Asian food this well, you better make it available so I can force feed all my friends.

Yoshi is a very cool hole in the wall place. The door will surprise and delight you as will the cute interior. But the food is the star here. Fusion Japanese is quite new to Karachi but it appears to have worked here. The Korean fried chicken burger in a bau bun is great, as is the Japanese omelette. I wasn’t overly impressed by the kimchi or the japa-dawg but a lot of people are going nuts over the latter so it’s worth a try. Overall I rated it with 4 stars because the ambience is fresh and fun, the servers are very attentive despite the rush, the food is delicious and well prepared and the prices offer great value for money.

Authentic cuisine. CHECK. Great cozy ambiance. CHECK. Wide range of menu items. CHECK. Yoshis is a phenomenal experience if you have money to spend and youre looking for great tasting food that different from the usual stuff. With loads of choices to experiment from like their okonomiyaki and even more safe options such as their Cheeseburger fries, its the all around binge-worthy eatery. Their mochi donuts are cheap and worth trying to too! Go for the weird combinations, you might love them! Prices are slightly high but not anything higher than the usual ones in the city. If youre a fan of japanese culture, its even more important that you visit! Worth every rupee.

Unique and extensive food offerings on the menu with a Japanese twist. The Japadog was huge and scrumptious, went down well with Vietnamese iced coffee and edamame appetizer. The beef teriyaki rice bowl was also very flavorful with a hint of egg to it. Overall decor and layout of the place is cool and hip, although the background music volume could be lowered by a bit to enable effortless conversations between patrons. The only major downside was the lack of car parking space in crowded Khadda Market.

Yoshis, korean street food as they claim, it’s a small seating place but food is really good, but I suggest you check into them in early dinner or lunch hours so that you don’t have to wait.Their Korean Fried Chicken and Japanese Fried Chicken are the best on the menu.Donuts are average in taste, though I’m not a donut person but I do have sweet tooth.Serving size is ok for 1 person. The picture with food cam on it is Japanese Fried Chicken which I find tastiest.Price wise they are good, on a higher end but as long as the quality and quantity are good..I’m sure no one minds.

Yoshis brings Japanese American food to Karachi. So Im expecting alot but Im really spoilt when it comes to Asian food and I find myself slightly disappointed. The flavors are lacking that strong Asian kick - almost as if the dishes are afraid of offending the Pakistani palette. But it still makes for a safe dining option. The Korean Fried Chicken worked for me. The Original Japa-Dawg was a bit too keavy for me. The fries were disappointing. The Gyoza was a winner though.I will go back to try more things on the menu though. Ive put up pictures of the menu. Enjoy!

Food: The problem with oriental food is you never know whats authentic and what has been changed to suit local tastes. I found the food to be overall pretty good and unique but a friend with me swore to never come again and had to spit out some of the food she tried. So beware this place is only for the experimental and those already aware with Japanese cuisine. We ordered Wasabi Fries (7/10), Appetizer Prawns (dont remember the exact name, 8/10), Yakiudon (5/10 super tingy sour) and Spicy Thai Ramen (9/10, this is the one my friend spat out though).Location: Located in khadda market in the exact place where the original chop chop wok opened. You can find a car parking right outside when its not too crowded but otherwise finding a parking might be a hassle.Place and Ambiance: Its a very small place with a seating capacity of around 15 people. Decor is unique in terms of the comic strip wall and the origami birds as well as the cuddly bears etc kept on the seats. All in all its a unique setup and does give the Japanese feel.

Took me a while to convince myself to come here, but i was met with a surprise. The food was actually pretty impressive. The flavors were different and spot on for the most part. Good beef teriyaki at a great price, the spicy Japanese pancakes were different maybe not not for everyone but i liked them. Korean fried chicken was spot on im still craving more. coconut curd mango shake was great. Thai ramen was my least liked item so wouldnt recommend that. But still plenty of other items on the menu left to try which will have me come again soon.

Ketchup seemed to be the main ingredient, whatever they say about the dishes having proper ingredients is a complete lie. I got the tteokbokki, it seemed like ketchupy hot and sour soup watered down but thick and weird. The chicken was okay and eatable. Eating a bun kabab from the streetsvwould be better. Causing blood pressure problems seems to be their goal with the amount of salt they put in their sesame and chicken udon. Burgers were okay. Its instagrammable because it looks good and cute, food was not upto par with the decorations. Most of the food was left and uneaten.

Going to Yoshis was one of the best decision. The food was exceptional, light and deliciousKorean Fried Chicken was a perfect mix of hot, spicy and sweet. When you first take a bit youll feel spicy but after a few moments, youll have the sweet flavour which blends perfectly blends with it.Spicy Thai Style Ramen was one of the best Ive ever had. It was extremely light with a perfect blend of garlic making it very delicious. The meat was very tender and juicyGyoza (Dumplings) were really good as well especially with the sauce they provided with it.Torigoma with Garlic Rice was delicious as well. Rice had two options Steamed or Garlic. The sauce on the chicken was more like Hot Buffalo sauce. (For spice lovers this dish is the best). The chicken was very tenderBeijing Beef was just exceptional. It had a perfect blend of different spice flavours and tenderness.Pink Grapefruit was just delicious that we had to order again the second time since once was not enough.
