The rooms and the facilities are well maintained plus some good renovations going on. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent with free buffet breakfast. The airport pick and drop is also available. Our stay is always comfortable. We salute the excellence of the management and the owner.

I spent 3 weeks in this hotel with my family . Despite of corona amazing experience. People are very caring for kids. Most of the people are now friends of my 4 years and 2 years old kids and they are calling this home. Special thanks to shanty for providing extra ordinary services to my family . Shanty was always available for my kids . We will always remember shakuntala for such humble and caring behaviour , everyday she was coming with a beautiful smile on her face and cleaning all the mess of my kids so big thank you to shakuntala. Last but not least big thank you to all the management and staff for making our stay amazing and we are leaving this hotel with beautiful memories for our kids.

We decided to come try out Sky Bbq at Avari Towers and let me just tell you the food was horrible! I guess people come for the view since it is very nice from the 17th floor to look down.The elevator was down as well and not working properly

The whole experience of breakfast along the pool side, in a crisp sunny but cool morning was great.captain Mr. Faisal and server / waiter Furqan and Mashkoor were very helpful and attentive. They were always there to respond if something was needed.The order placed was promptly and completely served. The food was excellent. I am not sure how this was pre COVID, but post COVID the place was not as high quality as some reviews suggested. When I arrived I was greeted with rotten complimentary fruits in my room. I called to have it replaced which was duly done. There was also unclean cloth with chocolate stain that was at my desk. My room was quite noisy when music was played in the garden where they hold weddings. The front desk folks are courteous and helpful. Internet was fast.

In these hard Covid-19 times, the staff at Avari led by Faisal and Furqan have done an amazing job ensuring the brunch service is something the guests enjoy. We had dinner at dynasty, service by ata ur rehman Raheem was honestly perfect. Food was amazing. In the current pandemic they’re serving food by poolside which actually makes the whole environment lovely.

Stay was great ! There rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean including bathrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet vs la carte. Services at the breakfast was excellent. Our server Furqan was awesome he was cracking some jokes with my kids to make them comfortable. Buffet manager I believe her name was Issarat was very professional courteous and helpful.

Best Chinese food in K town. We tried 10 treasures soup it was out of this world. Beef sesame and lemon chicken was great as well. Dessert was complimentary. Our server Ameer Nosh was so courteous and helpful.

We were well served by Mr Furqan at our breakfast by poolside. Service was perfect. However, management needs to adopt measures to make lawn mosquito proof .

Overall the experience is Good. It was my first post Covid stay here and the protocols were at the Breakfast where they are serving by themselves instead of self serving previously. The Room temperature was too cold and the heater part of climate control wasnt working. Cleanliness and the service attitude was Good.

Overall courteous service. Rooms are not big but comfortable. Only one elevator was working which was annoyance. Rest was all fine. Free pick up from airport is great service.

The stay at Avari towers Karachi was nothing short of being great. The room, the ambiance and the staff especially during this pandemic era are top notched, they definitely went above and beyond in meeting the customers needs and accommodating their requests in a reasonable way. Even the morning staff in the Asia Live restaurant exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional services not to mention the views are definitely gorgeous especially during this lovely monsoon season.

We had a great experience during our stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing, excellent staffs specially well served breakfast by Mr. Furqan and Mr. Abbas... well done guys, also the house cleaning by Ms. Nazia is the best she’s so polite and helpful. I can give two stars for this Facility and which is only for its location and room quality. Other things like Check in/out services, Room service & food is not up to mark as far as 4 or 5 star hotels standards are concerned.I am giving my reviews almost after 15 days just because I want to write in detail. We have booked two family rooms and we have to stay here with my family and for some business meetings and for one week. Rooms were booked almost three days before our arrival and all due payments were made in advance through travel agent. On arrival it takes almost 30mins for check in and staff is asking for more cash to deposit in advance for food and other services which is quite common but the way they demand is totally disappointing. As our families were sitting in lobby, childrens were tired and in hurry to get ease.Anyhow, after check in to check out every time we have to call for small things like water bottles, staff never provide enough water bottles for family rooms. even only one pair of slippers and tooth brush were provided in a family room and every day we have to tell them to provide one more. In-house Food taste was just average and complimentary breakfast includes only 2,3 items and not a buffet which was mentioned on booking.On check-out some sufficient amount is returnable and I received that amount after 13 days... Which is also not a big issue but the point is if it is your rule to take some amount from guests in advance then it must be your responsibility to pay back guests amount efficiently...So as conclusion, this facility is not recommendable and Karachi has more good place to visit and stay like beach luxury, Ramada and offcourse Movenpick. Thanks

Went to pool side restaurant for dinner. Excellent service by manager ARIF MASSIH. Avari poolside is offering Chinese,Japanese,Continental & Desi cuisine at one place with very good quality only missing thing is a good music.

Our visit to dynasty was fabulous and our server Atta ur Rehman was more than gracious . Badaruz Zayan was very hospitable as well Atta should be made employee of the month .
